"So youāre telling me that Luan is much stronger than he looks and that you were defeated?"
"..."
I canāt believe it. When I saw him, he didnāt seem that powerful. But thinking back, he did resist my charm. That canāt be a coincidence. I underestimated him.
I let out a sigh and said to Ottar, "Alright. Good work."
"What will you do now?" Ottar asked. I could feel his anger. I canāt remember the last time Ottar was defeated by anyone. Heās not used to this. Heās furious.
"Iāll leave him alone for now."
Ottar stood up to leave, but just before walking out, he seemed to remember something.
"He told me something."
"Hm?"
"He said that if you want to talk to him, youāll have to go there and speak to him in person."
"He said that?"
"Yes."
"Interesting."
He wants me to come to him. But why? Is it because he refuses to obey me and wants to make me crawl to him? What an intriguing man. The corners of my lips curved into a smile.
"Alright. You can go now."
Ottar left the room, and I stood up. I poured some wine into a glass and walked to the window.
"I want to speak with him again."
Ever since I met him in person that day, I havenāt been able to stop thinking about him for some reason. Itās as if he used some kind of charm skill on me, making me think about him twenty-four hours a day.
I just canāt stop thinking about him.
I need to calm down.
I took a few sips of wine and let out another sigh.

*Luanās POV*
A few days had passed since Ottar came to the mansion, but Freya hadnāt shown up. I guess she decided not to come talk to me in person. Is she afraid of me or something?
No, of course not.
She probably doesnāt want to expose herself.
Yaaawn~~ I let out a big yawn and got up. I had spent the whole night writing again. "I finished book two of Romeo and Juliet, and wrote another volume of Re:Zero and Overlord."
I left my room and went down to the kitchen.
I washed my face at the sink and started preparing breakfast.
Just as I finished setting everything on the table, Hestia came down the stairs looking sleepy. She had just woken up. "Good morning, Luan~~" she said when she saw me and ran over.
She hugged me and leaned in for a kiss.
"Good morning." I kissed her dry lips. "I made breakfast. Iāll go wake the others."
"Alright~~" Hestia sat down and began eating. She hadnāt even washed her face.
I smiled and headed upstairs. I went to Mikotoās room and knocked. After a few knocks, Mikoto opened the door. She was already dressed in her usual kimono. "Youāre already up?"
"I woke up a few minutes ago."
"Breakfast is ready."
"Alright, Iāll be down soon."
After that, I knocked on Liliās and Haruhimeās doors as well.
Once everyone was gathered at the table, I finally sat down to eat.
"You stayed up all night again?" Mikoto asked.
"Yeah, I finished a few books. Iāll rest for a couple of days now."
"You better rest! Youāre overworking yourself!"
"Donāt exaggerate. I just sit and write booksāitās not that exhausting."
Especially since Iām just copying Re:Zero and Overlord.
"Even if youāre just sitting and writing, itās still tiring!" Hestia protested.
"Yeah, yeah." I gave a small chuckle.
After we finished breakfast, Hestia and the other three girls stayed at the table drinking tea and chatting, while I left the mansion for a walk.
However, as soon as I stepped outside, a bunch of fans started swarming me, so I had to teleport away to escape.
I appeared on top of a nearby building.
I sighed and looked out over the streets.
"Hm?" Thatās when I saw someone. "Tiona?"
She usually doesnāt walk around the city alone like that.
What a great opportunity.
I remembered an old system quest thatās been active for a long time:

I used my teleportation skill and appeared in a nearby alley. Then, I slowly walked toward Tiona, pretending I hadnāt seen her before. As I passed by her, she recognized me.
"Luan!" she exclaimed in surprise.
"Tiona? I didnāt see you there, sorry."
"No, itās fine. Haha." Tiona smiled a little awkwardly, clearly flustered. Sheās embarrassed.
She really likes me, but how should I complete this mission?
I canāt just say, "Have sex with me and your sister," or even just, "Have sex with me."
I guess Iāll need to approach her slowly.
Ohāand I canāt let Ais find out about this.
"Isnāt that Luan? The author of Re:Zero?"
"Itās him!"
"Luan, can I get your autograph?"
Then a crowd started forming around me again.
I clicked my tongue and grabbed Tionaās hand. "If this makes you uncomfortable, Iām sorry," I said, and activated the teleport skill. The two of us reappeared on top of a nearby building.
Tionaās eyes widened. "Wow, what was that?!"
"Itās one of my skills," I said, glancing down.
The people below were looking around, confused.
Tiona laughed. "Look at them searching for you. Hahaha."
"Pftt..." I laughed too. "How about we grab something to eat? We can chat a bit. Or was I bothering you?"
"You werenāt bothering me. I was just out walking."
"What a coincidence, me too. Unfortunately, I canāt walk around the city in peace. I keep getting stopped by fans."
"I can imagine how annoying that must be..."
"Well, if we go to an empty restaurant, no one will bother us. What do you say?"
"Sure." She gave a wide smile.
Tiona is really happy about my invitation. Completing this mission wonāt take long.
