After making my promise, I left Hestiaās room and let her sleep. For some reason, after getting irritated, she became very tired. So I went to my own room and sat at the small desk there.
I took some paper and a pen out of my inventory. After that, I started writing a new book. But I wasnāt writing new volumes of Re:Zero or Overlordāthis time, it was a completely new work. Something entirely original.
I grabbed a few familiar isekai and fantasy formulas and began writing without thinking too much about the plot. Even so, the story flowed surprisingly well. After all, I was writing something similar to Danmachi.
Yes, I created a world similar to Danmachi, but I changed the godsā names. It was easy to build something like that. However, the most interesting point of the story isnāt the familiar worldābut the other elements I decided to add.
The protagonist of this story lives in this Danmachi-like world, but accidentally comes across a hidden door on one of the dungeon floors. And this door takes him to a world very similar to my original one.
This way, I can develop a plot almost entirely in my old world and create something truly new.
Technologies never before seen.
After getting tired of creating copies, it felt refreshing to finally write something original.
Then, hours went by.
Pleasant hours.
By the time I realized, night was approaching, and I had to go meet Ais and Tiona. I took a shower, put on my best clothes, and used my best perfume. āSpeaking of which, I need to use that computer shop to buy a better perfume. I can get luxury ones for a few points.ā
Once I was ready, I went downstairs and found Hestia, Lili, Mikoto, and Haruhime.
I think itās the first time Iāve seen Haruhime today.
"Are you going out?" Lili asked.
"Yes, Iām meeting a few friends. Iāll be back in a few hours."
"Are you meeting Ais by any chance?" she asked.
Hestia, hearing this, looked at me suspiciously. After giving her a smile, I answered honestly, "Thatās right, Iām having dinner with her and Tiona."
"..." Miraculously, Hestia didnāt say anything and just watched me as I left the mansion.
Iām sure sheās imagining something completely unnecessary...

As soon as I left the mansion, I teleported near the coliseum. When I arrived, I saw two beautiful women wearing casual clothes. They were talking to each other, looking quite serious.
When I got within a few meters, they noticed my presence.
"Luan!" Tiona shouted my name and ran toward me. She didnāt feel embarrassed at all. Ais froze in shock at her reaction. Tiona jumped on me and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back with a smile.
My eyes met Aisās while I held Tiona. She looked a bit bothered.
After letting go, Tiona said, "I thought you werenāt coming. You took forever!"
"Sorry for not giving a time. Did you wait long?"
"Donāt worry, we didnāt wait that long. Maybe fifteen minutes at most."
"Yes, thatās right!"
Judging from the way they said it, it was obvious they had been waiting much longer.
"So, shall we go? I said we should head somewhere private, but why donāt we eat at a restaurant first?"
"Sure, I have one in mind."
"I havenāt eaten all day, Iām starving!" Tiona said, her eyes sparkling.
"Where is it, Ais? Iāll teleport us there."
Ais explained the location. It was a restaurant near the main street. I decided to teleport us into a nearby alleyāI didnāt want to attract attention. "Alright, here we go."
I approached the two of them and wrapped my arms around their waists.
Waa~~!
Tiona made a strange noise, and Aisās eyes widened.
Then I used my ability, and our surroundings shifted.
In a second, we were in an alley several kilometers away.
"Huh? Is that Ais and Tiona? Wait, isnāt that that famous writer?" To our surprise, there was someone in the alley. A tall, handsome man I had never seen before. Not an important character.
Ais, startled by his presence, moved instantly, punching him in the stomach. The bottle he was holding fell to the ground, and he vomited before collapsing unconscious.
"Why did you do that?" I asked, shocked by her reaction.
"Heās a member of the Loki Familia," Tiona said with a bitter smile.
"Ah, I see." I chuckled and walked out of the alley.
The two followed me, and soon we were being noticed by a lot of people. Of courseāa famous author and two famous adventurers walking together... Naturally, it would attract attention.
I smiled bitterly and kept going.
I had to sign a few autographs along the way.
Not just on the wayāinside the restaurant too. Incredibly, the owner was a fan.
In the end, we couldnāt eat in peace and barely enjoyed our meal. I felt extremely uncomfortable with how everyone kept staring. People looked at the three of us as if we were circus animals.
It was suffocating. Especially for Ais.
She already draws attention naturally, but this was too much.
So, I paid the bill and we left the restaurant.
The moment we stepped outside, I noticed we were about to be approached again. So I grabbed both their hands and teleported us to the top of a building kilometers away.
Since neither of them expected it, they were very startled.
After letting go, I sat on the roof and sighed. "Whew~~ Being famous like this is so exhausting."
The two stared at me silently before sitting beside me.
The moment for the most important conversation of the night had finally arrived.
