Tang Zelin smiled: “Ah, I’ve just returned. Su Shu said the table at her place is broken, and I thought since I was passing by, I’d borrow a hammer from you to fix it so that I wouldn’t worry.”

“You wait here, I’ll get it for you.” Luo Gang turned and went inside, soon returning with a hammer and a few nails to hand over to Tang Zelin.

“Thanks a lot, I’ll bring it back to you later.”

Luo Gang laughed: “Take your time; use it for now. I’ll grab it later when I need it.”

“Okay, I’ll let Su Shu know.”

After Tang Zelin left, Luo Gang closed the door and re-entered the house, telling his wife, “Su girl has finally settled down and got someone who knows to care for her.”

Li Xiaoxia smiled: “Exactly, I think Group Captain Tang is a decent guy, and Su girl has someone to look after her.”

She set Xiao’ai down, letting her play with her Dinosaur King to the side. Su Shu glanced at her attire, then went to open the door.

Seeing the door open, Tang Zelin couldn’t help looking inside, curious: “What were you doing? It took forever for you to open the door.”

Su Shu smoothed a strand of hair by her temple, “Nothing much, I was thinking of changing my clothes. I was undecided what to wear, and right when you knocked, I came over to open the door.”
