Liang Yuan walked to the bed, sat down, and said, "Youâve been working so hard these days, running around everywhere. Do you want to take a few days to rest?"
Ding Yan snorted coldly, "Rest? Stay at home and not get in the way of you being a groom?"
Liang Yuan couldnât help but laugh and cry, "You know, you and Song Wen were the first to be by my side. You both are very important to me."
Ding Yan immediately asked, "Both very important? Then why her first, not me?"
Liang Yuan paused for a moment, then shook his head slightly, "Whatâs that got to do with anything? If you want to put it that way, you and I have been together much longer than Song Wen."
"And it was really sudden, I wasnât prepared. It was Sister Mei who set me up."
"Hmph, and now you want to blame Yang Mei?"
"Not at all, Iâm just saying there wasnât any particular order to this. Actually, I initially wanted to choose you first. Remember last time at the mine? I almost couldnât control myself."
"You have this charm thatâs simply irresistible."
As he spoke, he moved closer to her side.
Ding Yan, angry, punched him.
In fact, Yang Mei had informed her two days ago about arranging things for Liang Yuan and Song Wen.
Ding Yan was furious when she heard it, wanting to question why Song Wen deserved special treatment.
Yang Mei simply said that Song Wen was a virgin, and it was her first time, so it deserved some ceremony.
Ding Yan had nothing to say at that moment. Her eyes reddened, holding back tears, and she turned and left.
The next day, she didnât come back, which clearly showed her attitude.
She had agreed.
But she still felt upset inside and needed to vent.
What Liang Yuan needed to do now was to let her vent.
He feigned pain, holding his chest where she had hit, crying out, "Ouch, it hurts, it hurts. Ding Yan, youâve gotten so strong. This punch made my heart tremble."
Ding Yan couldnât help but laugh, turning and straddling him, raining down punches, shouting, "See how you pretend, see how you pretend, Iâll beat you, you heartless man!"
Liang Yuan let her hit him a dozen times before suddenly reaching out and grabbing her hands, pulling her into his arms.
Instantly, Ding Yan fell solidly into his embrace.
Ding Yanâs eyes widened, "Let go of me!"
"No!"
"You... mmm..."
She tried to say something more but was silenced by his kiss.
Her eyes widened with fury, and she bit down hard on Liang Yuanâs lip.
Liang Yuan winced in pain but didnât let go, mumbling, "Even if you bite me to death, I wonât let go."
The normally fierce Ding Yan softened a bit instantly.
The two were entangled for a long while. Ding Yan, out of breath, finally couldnât take it anymore and pushed Liang Yuan away.
Then she tugged hard, tearing Liang Yuanâs T-shirt, and bit down hard on his chest muscle.
But it felt like biting into a tire.
With Liang Yuanâs defensive constitution, even if she bit through her teeth, she couldnât break his skin.
Liang Yuan still pretended to be in pain, crying out, "Ding Yan, are you a dog?"
Ding Yan gave a smug smile, "Yes, I am a dog, so what?"
Saying this, she moved her hands up and down, unbuttoning his shirt.
Liang Yuanâs big hand slipped under her tank top, and with the fire ignited, passion erupted.
Ding Yan, feeling he was too slow, simply tore off her bra.
Then straddling him, she said, "However much strength you used on her yesterday, give me double today!"
Liang Yuan burst into laughter, then said, "Donât regret it later!"
"Regret isnât in my dictionary!"
Liang Yuan flipped over, pressing her down.
In her exclamation, the battle began.
ââ
As it turns out, teachers do lie.
Regret was indeed in Ding Yanâs dictionary.
In the first half of the night, she fought fiercely, refusing to admit defeat, gritting her teeth and struggling.
In the latter half of the night, she surrendered her weapons, even using her superpower to stop Liang Yuan from continuing.
One had to admit, she had figured out how to use the Empowerment Superpower quite well.
Liang Yuan nearly couldnât find the charging port because she covered it tightly with the Empowerment glow.
This glow, useful for both offense and defense, was truly handy.
But really, who would use something like this in such a context?
Ding Yan was simply a battle genius, with amazing reflexes.
Fortunately, Liang Yuan wasnât an amateur, delivering a controlled Spirit Shock that left Ding Yan dizzy, causing the Empowerment glow to fade.
At that point, the city gates fell, and the battle quickly turned as Ding Yan kept surrendering and pleading for mercy, with a different kind of taste.

Outside the door, Yang Mei sat in the living room, drinking tea. Listening to the sounds from inside, her lips curled into a smile.
She silently left the room and returned to her bedroom.
For a long time, Song Wen and Ding Yanâs situations had weighed heavily on her mind.
Now that it was finally resolved, she felt relieved, although another problem crossed her mind.
"Thereâs still Yanyan."
She frowned slightly. Dong Yan was different from Song Wen and Ding Yan.
That little girl was too young, freshly graduated from high school, with immature values and little life experience.
Sometimes, kids that age canât differentiate between love and admiration.
She sighed in her heart; it was troublesome.
She knew very well that as her little brother became more outstanding, more girls would come to admire him.
She alone couldnât fend off all the bad women outside.
She wasnât good at this stuff either.
Fortunately, Ding Yan and Song Wen had been with them since the tough times, sharing sisterly bonds. Better to include them rather than let outsiders in, to strengthen their defenses.
"Yanyan is too young; letâs wait a bit more. Maybe when she grows older, sheâll understand what love is and have different thoughts."
Fortunately, she hadnât seen her little brother show any special interest in Dong Yan.
Dong Yanâs feelings for him were probably one-sided.
"He probably doesnât have any extra thoughts about her," Yang Mei shook her head, still uncertain.
