Qingbao saw this and drifted over.
"Ting Ting?"
Tingbao looked down from above, puzzled, and called out, wondering what was wrong with the boss.
"Itâs nothing," Qiao Sang stood up and said, "Letâs head to the outdoor training grounds and test out all the skills weâve awakened."
With that, he walked toward the direction of the outdoor training grounds.
Tingbao instantly forgot about Little Treasure Spiritâs issue, twisted its body, and followed along.
"Momo..."
Are they all leaving?
Dragon King looked at the empty living room, devoid of people and Pet Beasts, feeling a bit lonely, and unexpectedly thought of its own Beast Tamer, as well as the juniors in its territory.
...
Inside the room.
Little Treasure Spirit sniffled and continued searching for mystical fruits on its phone.
"Qingqing."
Qingbao appeared beside it, calling out with a sigh, indicating surprise that they even made it to the news.
"Xun Xun."
Little Treasure Spirit lifted its head with a dissatisfied expression, calling out, indicating it would never again casually battle others just because Qingbao wanted to eat something.
Having a fight with the Trouble Monkey was purely an accident. While looking for opponents on the street, Qingbao suddenly mentioned feeling hungry and pointed to the hotdogs at a nearby stall wanting to eat, but Little Treasure Spirit didnât have any money, so it challenged the Trouble Monkey buying hotdogs, betting them as stakes.
"Qingqing."
Qingbao called out.
Didnât you also want to eat?
"Xun Xun!"
Little Treasure Spirit called out angrily, indicating it was because Qingbao wanted to eat that it fought, eating the hotdog was just incidental!
After saying that, it looked at its phone, no longer intending to pay attention to Qingbao.
Qingbao looked at Little Treasure Spiritâs demeanor and inexplicably felt a bit guilty.
Undeniably, during this period, Little Treasure Spirit indeed battled many opponents with low levels because of Qingbao.
"Qingqing?"
After hesitating a moment, Qingbao floated over beside Little Treasure Spirit, looked at the phone, and called, trying to start a conversation.
What are you looking at?
Little Treasure Spirit moved a bit, turning its back towards Qingbao with the phone in hand.
Qingbao: "..."
"Qingqing?"
Qingbao called again.
Are you not going to pay attention to me?
Little Treasure Spirit continued to turn its back on Qingbao.
Qingbao pouted.
From birth until now, it had never been ignored like this.
The room experienced unusual gusts of wind, one after another.
Curtains swayed, and the chandelier shook.
Little Treasure Spirit looked at its phone, and unlike usual, did not hastily escape due to Qingbaoâs anger.
The wind stopped.
Could it be really angry? Was it too much? Qingbao recalled how Little Treasure Spirit used to never get angry, now seeing how it is ignoring him, feeling rare self-reflection.
Why has the wind stopped... Little Treasure Spirit resisted the impulse to turn around.
Time ticked by, second by second.
Just when Little Treasure Spirit thought Qingbao had transformed into the wind and left, Qingbaoâs voice sounded:
"Qingqing?"
Boss, you arenât really angry, are you?
"Xun Xun?!"
Little Treasure Spirit couldnât hold back anymore, widened its eyes, and abruptly turned its head.
Qingbao called it, boss?!
...
11:30 a.m.
Dining table.
Detective Cat served the dishes it prepared one by one.
"I didnât expect Little Ting Dragon to evolve into Thunder Dragon so quickly." Mikaela sat at the table, looking at Tingbao, feeling amazed.
It was supposed to be a matter of one or two days, but she left for just one morning and it evolved.
"It ate a bunch of Dragon Power Fruits this morning." Qiao Sang laughed and said, "Teacher Jaclyn helped check Qingbao and took the opportunity to check Tingbao, finding its energy had reached the Basic Level limit."
"Thunder Dragonâs absorption ability is quite good," Mikaela praised.
Pet Beasts generally have limited energy absorption capacity daily; itâs not about how much they eat, absorbing a lot of energy daily is part of their potential.
Thanks to the Golden Finger... Qiao Sang thought to herself.
"What trait and skills did Thunder Dragon awaken?" Qiao Sang asked.
"Trait is Static, skills are Dragon Claw, Electric Grid, and 100,000 Volts," Qiao Sang replied.
She didnât mention the Swallowing Thunder trait.
Currently under the clear blue sky, without rain or thunder, normally when Pet Beasts evolve, itâs difficult for Beast Tamers to immediately detect newly awakened traits unless demonstrated practically.
She planned to wait for a rainy day, or for Electric Type Pet Beasts to come by, if Tingbao can directly swallow their thunder, then pretend to discover Tingbao has this trait.
"It actually awakened 100,000 Volts," Mikaela was momentarily surprised, but quickly calmed down.
Qiao Sangâs Pet Beasts and herself are extraordinarily strong; relatively speaking, Thunder Dragon awakening High-level Electric-type Skills doesnât seem particularly alarming.
