"Ting Ting!"
Tingbao remembered the dazed expression of those who had been hypnotized by Little Treasure Spirit, and called out in resistance, indicating it didnāt want that to happen to it.
"Ya Ya!"
Yaobao listened to the conversation and let out a cry.
How about I go beat that little guy up, and make it fight you?
In its opinion, there was nothing that a battle couldnāt solve.
"Ice Emperor."
Lubao, who had been silent, glanced at Yaobao and called out, indicating that as an Emperor Level, it was unseemly to challenge an Intermediate opponent.
Yaobao thought for a moment.
Indeed, the opponent did seem ridiculously weak...
"Ya Ya..."
Realizing this, Yaobao displayed a helpless expression to Tingbao, indicating that it had no other solution.
"Xiaxia."
Shalala, seeing everyone looking listless, suggested with a call.
It would go and have a talk with the Earth Dragon; maybe it would agree.
In its memory, no matter what it said, the surrounding pet beasts would give it more or less respect.
"Qingqing."
Qingbao called out, stating that it didnāt need to act, as its own Beast Tamer could handle such a small issue.
Huh? What am I supposed to solve? Tingbao becoming number one in points? Without being able to change the weather on the field, isnāt that overestimating me a bit? How can this be considered a small issue? A stream of thoughts flashed through Qiao Sangās mind while she maintained a thoughtful expression on the surface.
"Gangbao."
Gangbao silently looked at its Beast Tamer and calmly called out, indicating it had a method.
Qiao Sangās eyes lit up instantly, turning to look: "What method?"
"Ting Ting?"
Tingbaoās eyes also lit up, asking eagerly.
Yaobao and the others looked over as well.
"Gangbao."
Gangbao calmly called out, suggesting that since the opponent thought Tingbao was too weak, they could find an Intermediate Pet Beast to battle it, win against it, and then let Tingbao defeat that Intermediate Pet Beast. That way, the Earth Dragon would understand that Tingbao was not weak.
Great idea... Qiao Sangās eyes brightened even more.
But she quickly realized something and sighed: "Finding such a pet beast wonāt be easy."
After all, most of the Intermediate Pet Beasts in Huachang City were already participating in the free-point pet beast battles, and the Earth Dragon was ranked number one in points, which in a sense made it the acknowledged strongest among Intermediate Pet Beasts.
Compared to finding an Intermediate Pet Beast stronger than the Earth Dragon, finding a way to quickly accumulate points seemed more feasible.
Gangbao somewhat agreed and continued to eat Energy Pills.
"Xun Xun~"
Little Treasure Spirit waved its paw with a helpless expression to Tingbao and called out.
Itās a pity that Iām already King Level. If I were still Intermediate, Iād definitely help you take on the Earth Dragon.
"Ya Ya."
Yaobao nodded in agreement.
Itās a pity itās already Emperor Level as well.
After saying that, it thought of something and called out as if stating a fact:
"Ya Ya."
Even if itās Intermediate and defeats the Earth Dragon, it still couldnāt beat me.
Lubao rolled its eyes.
"Ting Ting?"
Tingbao pondered for a moment, inclined to first become number one in points itself, and then wait for the Earth Dragon to challenge it. Looking at its Beast Tamer with expectation, it called out.
Is there any way for it to quickly accumulate points?
"Iām thinking about it," Qiao Sang said.
Actually, there were quite a few ways to quickly gain points, such as having other pet beasts tire out the competing pet beasts before the match, and then letting Tingbao take on those whose stamina and energy had been largely consumed.
Or having Little Treasure Spirit cast an Ill-Fortune Curse on the participating pet beasts before the match, greatly reducing their chances of winning.
Alternatively, letting Tingbao drink potions to enhance attack power before the match. After all, there were no formal physical checks before the competition...
"Ting Ting?"
Just as Qiao Sang was deep in thought, Tingbao called out.
If having non-competitor pet beasts change the battlefield weather is a violation, can it learn Thunderstorm to perform it?
...Qiao Sangās face twitched slightly, and she responded tactfully:
"Thatās a High-level Skill, and with just nine days left until the competition ends, we donāt have time to learn this skill."
Why not? Tingbao thought it could.
It seriously called out:
"Ting Ting."
Lubaoās Healing Light could keep it from sleeping at night, allowing it to practice when it couldnāt find opponents.
Upon hearing this, Lubao gave it a look.
