Feng Tianlong’s heart became warm as he watched Lin Yi. It was Xiaoxiao’s luck to meet Lin Yi at the end of her life! With someone who cared and loved her so much, she could die without regrets!

Feng Tianlong didn’t even know if Lin Yi would be able to come back this time.

Of course, Feng Tianlong could understand Lin Yi’s deep relationship with Xiaoxiao. If he didn’t have Xiaoxiao with Xiao Susu, he would’ve died with her.

“It’s me! Chief Xia, what’s wrong?” Feng Tianlong heard that Chief Xia’s voice sounded different and asked nervously.

“Tianlong, I’m so sorry. They disagreed with letting the second head in charge go because its impact would be too great! We already notified the international police that we caught him, we wouldn’t be able to explain it to them if we let him go now…” Chief Xia replied helplessly, “Although I said I could resign and admit my responsibility in exchange for it, I still wasn’t able to make the decision alone and the others in charge didn’t agree…”

“Tianlong, don’t overthink, I will arrange some bomb disarm experts to go and help you as soon as possible…” Chief Xia wasn’t confident about it at all. If the death warrior planted all the bombs in the room, there would be no use for the experts to go. They couldn’t just go into the room and disarm the bombs right in front of the death warrior, could they? Then he would immediately set off the bomb!

“It’s fine. Chief Xia, I have something I need to report to you!” Feng Tianlong said.

“Oh? What happened on your side?” Chief Xia was surprised.

“Lin Yi came alone and decided to face the death warrior from Red Conches…” Feng Tianlong said.

“Lin Yi? What?” Chief Xia heard the name and was astonished, “You know Lin Yi?”

Very few knew Lin Yi’s real name in the organisation. Lin Yi wasn’t a regular agent there, but more like foreign aid. His code name was ‘Eagle’ and all the others only knew him as the Eagle as they didn’t know his real name.

Hence, Chief Xia was shocked when Feng Tianlong said Lin Yi’s real name.

“Yes, he is Eagle,” Feng Tianlong replied with confidence. He knew why Chief Xia was confused and there was no need for him to hide their relationship. When he first met Lin Yi, he didn’t report it because there was no need for him to report it, he didn’t intentionally hide it from Chief Xia.

“You are still in contact with him? How did you find him this time?” Chief Xia was shocked as he didn’t expect Feng Tianlong to have a private relationship with Eagle.

“He’s my daughter’s boyfriend…” Feng Tianlong laughed bitterly, “Otherwise, why would he go up at such a dangerous time like this?”

He ended the call with Chief Xia and turned to Li Yifeng, “Little Li, tell everybody to evacuate from the building and wait for orders at a safe distance!”

“Understood!” Li Yifeng nodded and turned around to give orders.

Since Lin Yi went up, then Feng Tianlong believed wholeheartedly in Lin Yi. The others around the building would only be a burden to Lin Yi and since he believed in Lin Yi, he had to minimise Lin Yi’s distractions as much as possible, allowing Lin Yi to do whatever he wanted without concerns!

Sometimes, more people wasn’t always the best option.

Lin Yi didn’t choose to climb up the stairs but took the lift instead, openly going up to eighteenth floor for everyone to see.

The lift stopped and Lin Yi got out. He observed the two units on floor eighteen. Through the peephole, he could faintly see lights from one unit, and the complete darkness from the other.

Lin Yi picked the unit with light and took out some small tools from his pocket, silently and easily opening an anti-theft door.

The so-called anti-theft door could only stop normal theives, it was useless to professionals like Lin Yi. If the door was really anti-theft, those companies who specialised in unlocking would have no business in the real world.

Although Lin Yi was careful, the man inside was on high alertness too. The instant Lin Yi opened the door and walked in, the man spoke.

“Who is it?” The man turned around with a dark face and looked towards the door, finding Lin Yi walking in. His expressions immediately changed, “Who are you? What are you doing here?”
