"Who said I wouldnât see that guy just because filming is over?"
She and James Black could bump into each other from head of the bed to foot of the bed. Just thinking about it made her feel like she was about to have a heart attack.
She and James Black werenât familiar at all. They just tangled the sheets last night.
Familiar my ass!
"Tomorrow morning we can bring our water thermos to pack some and take home. In the evening, if weâre hungry, drinking some peanut soup is also good. When we usually drink water, just making do with our tooth-brushing cups is fine," Mair Williams suggested to Jane Sampson.
"Not bad," Jane Sampson nodded and complimented Mair Williams, "Youâre beautiful, can sing, and so smart too, a rare find in the world."
"Ah~ no way? Drink water with the tooth-brushing cup? I wouldnât want to~" Ella Ruby shook her head repeatedly, "I have a thing for cleanliness; I canât do that."
"Youâre not dieting, and youâre not hungry, so you donât need to do it," Hibiscus Wood laughed, "I really envy you. I donât feel hungry, but last night I fell asleep and was woken up had by hunger at midnight, just like Mair Williams said, to hell with dieting."
After speaking, Hibiscus Wood took a big bite of wild vegetable buns and then gave a thumbs up, "Delicious! No wonder Jane Sampson has such a good appetite."
Ella Ruby looked at the three of them and then lowered her head to eat without saying anything more.
Even the cinematographer could feel that at this time, the friendship between the four girls seemed to have been suddenly divided.
After eating breakfast and washing their own tableware, the eight headed to the designated location to gather.
"Eh, the instructor has changed today," Charlie Peterson muttered as soon as they arrived, "Where is Lieutenant Johnson?"
Probably because sheâd been disciplined from a young age, Jane Sampson walked in lazily with the other seven. When her eyes met the instructorâs frown, she jolted with a start.
"Hurry up and get in line," Jane Sampson tugged at Hibiscus Wood and Alexander SkyShaw, who were closest to her.
As expected, no sooner had she finished speaking than the black-face instructor started bellowing, "No marching posture! Slouching around! Sloppy!"
Jane Sampson swallowed hard. This instructor seemed even fiercer than James Black.
"All units, listen up! Men to the left, women to the right, form a single file! Attention!"
As soon as the black-face instructor finished speaking, Jane Sampson and the others swiftly moved to stand in line as commanded.
"Iâm your instructor today! This morning, your first learning mission is the most basic standing and walking. When you practice it to my satisfaction, then weâll move on to the next lesson!"
Jane Sampson was listening to the instructor when she suddenly felt someone tugging at her sleeve. She turned her head to look at Mair Williams beside her.
"This instructor is really scary," Mair Williams whispered to Jane Sampson.
"A little bit," Jane Sampson agreed wholeheartedly.
"Hey! Look quick! That soldier leading the way is so handsome!" Mair Williams suddenly got excited.
Jane Sampson instinctively looked towards the person Mair Williams was referring to, glanced at him, and scoffed, "Ugly as sin!"
"Do you have vision problems?" Mair Williams looked at Jane Sampson with concern, "Heâs really handsome, okay?"
"When I say ugly, it means ugly, the worldâs number one ugly." Ugly, old, stingy, old rascal!
Just as Jane Sampson finished speaking, suddenly, a roar came from nearby.
"Mair Williams! Jane Sampson! Fall out!"
Jane Sampsonâs heart skipped a beat!
Damn, just seeing James Black appear made me forget about the black-face instructor in front of me.
Itâs over! Called out by name!
"Mair Williams! Jane Sampson! Fall out! Didnât you hear?"
"Yes!" Jane Sampson quickly responded, then pulled Mair Williams and hurriedly stepped forward.
"What were you two just talking about?" The instructorâs voice was steely cold.
