As soon as Coco Edwards saw Jane Sampson with that look, she directly asked, "Did you eat the potato chips on the table?"
Jane Sampson chuckled without answering, feeling quite guilty.
"I brought these back from iInternational. You canāt eat them; I specifically brought them for Harry Little Money to try. He especially loves spicy food." Coco Edwards sighed, "I just turned my back for a moment and didnāt watch you, and you already moved so fast?"
"I only ate one piece!" Jane Sampson held up a thumb, "Donāt tell James Black, if heās upset, itās really scary."
"Iām upset too, and also really scary." Coco Edwards exclaimed, "You always act so cowardly, why donāt you ever listen? If youāre going to be cowardly, canāt you just be a bit more obedient?"
"Cowardly, yes, but heās not around, so when the general is away, the order is relaxed." Jane Sampson raised her eyebrows and saw Coco Edwards about to lecture her. Just then, the director called her to film, and she quickly jumped up and handed the heating pad to Coco Edwards, "Iām going to work!"
Then she hopped away.
Harry Little Money sat there laughing, "No wonder Scriptwriter Fiery Fanny loves Sister Jane playing the fox fairy role so much. Itās like sheās playing herself, I better quickly hide the rest of the bag."
As he spoke, Harry deftly gathered up the potato chips from the table and hid them in his backpack, making sure Jane Sampson wouldnāt see them again.
Jane Sampson was in good spirits. She started work early in the morning and wrapped up early too.
A little past eleven, she returned to the hotel with Coco Edwards and Harry Little Money.
After being chilly all morning, the first thing Jane Sampson did upon returning was rush into the bathroom for a hot bath, only then slowly starting to feel alive again.
Outside the bathroom, Jane Sampson, while drying her hair, whispered to Coco Edwards, "Good thing this drama only has todayās half-day shoot being a bit exhausting."
"Yeah, but after this drama, youāve still got some wireworks, very tiring. Actually, in the whole film crew, your script is the toughest." Coco Edwards patted Jane Sampsonās head, "Who makes you the little fox fairy capable of soaring through the heavens and diving to the earth."
"The actors in the crew all have great acting skills. Shooting over these few days, the directorās always been smiling and hasnāt really yelled or gotten angry, no one frequently goes NG, so itās easier for Sister Jane too." Harry Little Money walked in with takeaway, "Afraid Sister Jane might get cold, so I specially ordered hot soup noodles for lunch."
"Such a considerate little Harry, wonder which lucky man will marry you someday." Coco Edwards praised while taking the takeaway from him, then urged Jane Sampson, who was still on her mobile phone sending messages to someone, to come and eat first.
Jane Sampson acknowledged, and after sending the messages, she took her mobile phone to the dining table and said, "You two have free time in the afternoon, no need to follow me. Iāll be driving out for a few hours and should be back, got to be back for dinner."
"What are you going out for?" Coco Edwards responsibly inquired, "You must tell me where youāre going, otherwise if your Father Black asks, I canāt explain. If you donāt say, Iāll have to go out with you."
"Are you my assistant or his assistant?" Jane Sampson protested, tapping the tabletop with her small hand, "Coco, your elbowās turning outwards."
"No choice, even our boss fears him, how can a mere assistant not?" Coco Edwards spread her hands, "When you can finally take charge, Iāll definitely follow and take charge too."
