Slight confusion afflicted Khan when he straightened himself up and opened his eyes. He rubbed them, fending off the last traces of drowsiness from his body, only for some mental one to linger a bit longer.
Unawareness was impossible for someone like Khan. His heightened senses werenât something he could turn off. Still, that confusion came close to that, despite barely lasting a fraction of a second.
Everything soon returned to Khan, waking him up completely. He was on a bed in a vast bedroom inside one of Aynorâs empty buildings, a place he had randomly picked as his resting spot, and he wasnât alone.
A mattress of white feathers lay on top of the bed, disregarding sheets and pillows. Snow was still soundly asleep, unbothered by the two figures resting on its fluffy wing.
Yeza was sleeping, too, her tiny head peeking past the thick red cape her mother had repurposed as a blanket. Liiza was also under the Thilkuâs iconic garment, an arm wrapped around her daughter, but she wasnât asleep. She only decided to keep her eyes closed for now.
Khan couldnât help but rub his eyes again, almost expecting the scene to change. Except, it didnât. Everything was real, just like the fact that he had gone through another nightmare-free sleep.
The curse was truly gone. Also, Khan had yet to experience normal dreams, but he felt the scene before his bright eyes had to come quite close to that. He couldnât imagine anything cozier, sweeter, or happier.
If it werenât for that slight issue about having to fight a God, Khan would be happy to spend the rest of his days like that, knowing he couldnât even attempt to ask for anything else.
Khan lingered in that loving scene a bit longer, enjoying how refreshed and whole he felt. He had needed that break, and it was actually a surprise he had been able to dwell in it undisturbed.
That detail turned out to be by design. Khan believed no one would have tried to disturb him, but his phone was another matter. Still, when he spotted his device at the corner of the bed, he saw that it was trapped inside an ice prism.
Liiza opened her eyes when she sensed Khanâs realization. A white light shone on his face, silent but meaningful. She even smiled at him, seemingly wanting to make the scene reflected in his vision even happier.
Obviously, but still to Khanâs surprise, Liiza succeeded. Somehow, having his smiling wife in the middle of that sweet scene made it reach levels of happiness he had never been able to consider.
As surreal as it sounded, Khan had truly done it. He had gotten anything he could ever wish for in life, and all of it was curled on that mattress.
It was an undeniably happy but still bittersweet moment for Khan. After all, he had to go through countless struggles to get there, but Liiza knew better than to let her husband fall prey to his terrible habits.
Liiza carefully let go of Yeza, using the same arm to push aside the Thilku cape, or blanket, exposing herself. She never had time to change, leaving her in her now-untidy uniform and skirt.
Of course, Khan hardly noticed the untidy state of Liizaâs clothes. His eyes instantly fell to the edge of her skirt and how much of her legs were in the open.
Liizaâs smile became alluring, and Khan didnât even try to resist her. He leaned forward, climbing over their sleeping daughter and into Liizaâs welcoming arms, which instantly trapped him in a passionate kiss.
Snow sensed some danger and opened its three eyes, only to see the couple rolling away, luckily keeping it out of their passion that time, allowing it to go back to sleep.
Meanwhile, Liiza was completely unleashed there. Celebrating her husbandâs happiness had long since been due, and she could barely contain herself anymore.
Yet, the third party in that happy family didnât care for her parentsâ sex life and need for intimacy. Right after Liiza pushed Khan down and began to lower his pants, a shrill cry resounded in the bedroom, accompanied by a dreadful stench.
Liiza had to stop just before getting to the fun part. She groaned, her hands slipping out of Khanâs pants while she lowered herself to hide her pout in his neck.
Khan couldnât help but kiss the messy white hair under him as he sat up, lifting Liiza with him. The smell had forced Snow to raise its feathered head, too, pointing its three eyes at the little creator of that biological weapon.
"It must be her smelliest yet," Khan exclaimed, earning himself a giggle on his neck and a screech from the alien bird.
Snow hid its head under its free wing while Khan went to remove the Thilku blanket to expose his crying daughter. The terrible smell intensified, only to worsen even further when Khan undressed Yeza to reveal her dreadful masterpiece.
"Maybe we should keep this and throw it at the God," Khan suggested as Liiza adjusted herself to look at Yeza while resting her head on his shoulder.
"Sheâll need a bath," Liiza pointed out while Khan softly blew on his crying daughter.
No sparks or visible mana shone, but Yezaâs smelly masterpiece quickly vanished, destroyed into nothingness by Khanâs influence. Some dark spots on her white dress remained, but it was time for a change of clothes for her, too.
"What do you say, little Princess?" Khan asked, lifting the mostly-clean Yeza toward him. "Do you want to take a bath with Mama and Papa?"
Yeza kept crying, making Khan bring her to his chest in an attempt to calm her down. She claimed his undivided attention, and Liiza didnât hesitate to tease him by biting his ear.
"Iâm not surviving you two, am I?" Khan sighed, his helplessness intensifying when he saw Liiza biting her lower lip.
"Letâs get Yeza cleaned up," Liiza whispered, far different intentions hidden behind her lustful tone, "And take our time. This might be our last break in a while."
Khan was about to fall into a daze in front of his wifeâs captivating expression, but thinking about making the most of that break gave him ideas that went beyond the necessary but simple intimacy.
"I thought Baoway would have come first," Khan commented. "It is my home in the end."
Liiza sensed that something was off, but not in a bad way, so she let Khan speak.
"But since we are already on Earth," Khan continued, "Do you want to visit my father?"
