"Are you going to directly evolve my physique with your god-like power or something?" Yuan asked.
Shiva looked at him with an odd gaze.
"I may be a god, but I am not omnipotent. Furthermore, I do not have my body, and my powers are sealed within the Nine Heavens."
"Then how will you help me?"
"By telling you the steps to complete it. I am going to explain it now, so listen carefully."
Shiva proceeded to explain the process, "In order to complete your Eternal Constitution, you will need to attain the three supreme physiques. You already possess one of them, so you need the other two."
"Supreme physiques...?" Yuan recalled Xiao Hua mentioning it in the past, calling them the pinnacle of physiques.
"I currently possess the Golden Immortal Physique, and I am aware of the Harmonic Spirit Constitution, but what is the third one?" he asked.
"The Myriad Impervious Physique, which is obtainable by attaining the highest level of immunity for fire, cold, poison, and lightningâsomething you have already achieved. All that remains is for you to merge them and forge the physique."
"Hm? But I have only just attained the highest level of Cold ImmunityâAbsolute Cold Harmony. I still need the other three," said Yuan.
Shiva shook her head and sighed, "Let me rephrase itâthe Myriad Impervious Physique, which is obtainable by attaining the highest level of immunity attainable by humans. Your Cold Immunity has surpassed human limits. Hell, youâre probably the only human to have ever reached such a realm."
"Is that so... then how do I combine them?"
"Since you already have the immunities, you just need to consume the Iridescent Harmony Fruit."
"The Iridescent Harmony Fruit, huh? What about the Harmonic Spirit Constitution?"
"You will need three treasures and an Untainted Body. A Seven-Colored Herb, Boundless Spirit Dew, and a Primordial Crystal. Ah, you also need something that contains an immense amount of spiritual energyâsomething like a large and high-quality Spirit Jadeâso you technically need four treasures."
"..."
Yuan stared at Shiva with a dumbfounded look on his face.
"What is it? I know theyâre extremely rareâperhaps even extinct by now, but without them, you wonât be able to complete the Eternal Constitution."
Without a word, Yuan drew three items from his spatial ring.
"What in the..." Shivaâs eyes widened at the sight.
A rainbow-colored flower, a black pearl, and a palm-sized Ancient-grade Spirit Jade lay before her.
To her surprise, Yuan had already collected three of the four treasures required for the Harmonic Spirit Constitution.
The Seven-Colored Herb, the Ancient Spirit Jade, and the Primordial CrystalsâYuan had carried these treasures for as long as he could remember. The Ancient Spirit Jade and the Seven-Colored Herb, in particular, had followed him since his days in the lower heavens.
"I also have an Untainted Body, so I am just missing the Boundless Spirit Dew," Yuan said.
Shiva couldnât help but laugh, "You sure came prepared. Itâs almost like you knew this would happen."
Yuan shook his head with a smile and said, "No way. Itâs just a coincidence... or fate."
"In any case, once you attain all three supreme physiques, Iâll tell you the next step."
"There are more steps?"
"Of course. Did you think it would be that easy to obtain a complete Eternal Constitution?" Shiva sneered.
"Easy...? I donât think anyone has ever attained all three supreme physiques before..." he remarked.
Though he doesnât have all of his memories, Yuan knew that none of his past lives had ever attained all three supreme physiques in one lifetime, so this would truly be an unprecedented achievement if he managed to do it.
Sometime later, Yuan and Mu Xuelian left the cavern and returned to the surface, where Mu Hanyan and Chief Mu were waiting.
"Theyâre done with training already?" Mu Hanyan remarked when the door suddenly opened.
Yuan emerged from the hole the very next moment.
"Hey! What happened down there?!" Chief Mu immediately questioned him. "And what happened to my daughter?! I swear, if anythingâ"
Chief Mu cut off mid-sentence as Mu Xuelian stepped out of the hole a moment later. However, there was something different about Mu Xuelian. There was an aura around her that made both Chief Mu and Mu Hanyan freeze with apprehension.
"Iâm done here," Yuan said, snapping them out of their daze.
"Already...? Itâs barely been three years! Are you telling me that your True Cold Harmony reached the next realm in this short time?!" Mu Hanyan exclaimed, not daring to believe her ears.
"Something like that," Yuan responded with a mysterious smile, keeping the truth to himself.
No one could predict how she might react if Yuan revealed the truthâthat he had not only attained Flawless Cold Harmony, but had ascended beyond it, stepping into a realm that transcended the very limits of humanity.
"D-Did anything else happen down there?" Chief Mu asked.
"Are you referring to Shiva? Yes, I spoke with her." Yuan calmly admitted.
"What did she say?! Why did she summon you?!"
Yuan looked at Mu Xuelian with a raised eyebrow.
"I see. So it wasnât because Mu Hanyan was trying to help out an old friend but because of your command that she led me here," he said, sounding a little disappointed.
"How else would we have metâis what Lord Shiva said," Mu Xuelian relayed.
"What are you talking about...?" Chief Mu muttered with a dumbfounded look on her face.
Mu Xuelian closed her eyes for a brief moment, and when they opened again, a profound symbol shimmered within their depths.
"T-That symbol and presence!"
Mu Hanyan instantly fell to her knees and kissed the ground with her forehead.
"This lowly servant greets Lord Shiva!"
"What?!" Chief Muâs eyes nearly fell out of their socket after hearing Mu Hanyanâs words. However, she didnât have the time to ponder and quickly followed her motherâs action, kowtowing on the ground.
"This lowly servant greets Lord Shiva!"
Shiva then spoke, "I have been released from my prison and taken residence within this girlâs body."
"?!?!?!"
Her words left Mu Hanyan and Chief Mu speechless.
