Chapter 345: Chapter 345: Putting on a Sack
Zhou Dajun had been carrying a heavy heart since the day he committed that unspeakable atrocity, fearing that Wufu and the others would come seeking revenge. That very night, he even dreamed that his aunt had become a vengeful ghost calling for his life, which terrified him so much that he dared not close his eyes to sleep.
It was not until yesterday when Madam Lu brought news that the aunt was not only alive but had also moved away from Wozi Village with Wufu, their whereabouts unknown. He finally breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that the whole ordeal might have passed.
Nevertheless, to be safe, he decided to stay at his uncleās house for a few more days to let the situation cool off before he would consider his next step.
Living at his uncleās place, with plenty to eat and drink, was no worse than being at home, and without any chores to do, Zhou Dajun was naturally more than willing.
With his worries gone, Zhou Dajun started to hang around with his cousins, living quite a comfortable life.
But Zhou Dajun had never imagined that Wufu would track him down to his uncleās place, let alone that he himself would end up trapped in a sack.
It was simply Zhou Dajunās lack of experience. Upon hearing that someone from the village had come to relay a message from his mother, he followed the person to an alley without a second thought.
There, he faced several men he didnāt recognize, and a sense of foreboding washed over Zhou Dajun.
"Boss, what should we do?" one of the men asked the leader.
"What else can we do, Master Xiao Wu has orderedāto bag him," the leader said, his mouth twitching as he tossed over a sack.
The man caught it and, without saying another word, approached Zhou Dajun.
"Who are you, and what do you want... uh." Zhou Dajunās face showed terror as he watched the sack being thrown over his head.
"Shut up." The man tasked with bagging him struck his neck with a chop, and Zhou Dajun ceased struggling.
From a tall building not far off, the entire scene in the alley was being observed.
"Just for this man, you make such a fuss?" Ah Jiu, questioning Wufu who stood beside him, began to guess what was happening.
Wufu grinned with a cunning and mischievous look: "Isnāt it fun? I guarantee heāll remember it for life."
Ah Jiu silently picked up his teacup, took a sip, and wondered, who would be the next victim of this calamity?
He hadnāt expected that Wufu would take advantage of the darkness to return to Wozi Village.
Ah Jiu and his companions, guided by the moonlight, looked at the house, detecting a foul stench that was quite overpowering, accompanied by a regular grunting sound.
Was that the snorting of pigs?
Indeed, most farmhouses had a pigsty. And this place, wasnāt it just a pigsty?
What was she planning to do?
Bound tightly, Zhou Dajunās mouth was gagged with cloth, and his eyes wide with terror as he looked at Wufu and the others, making muffled noises.
Wufu took out something she had obtained from Mother Wan and commanded someone to remove Zhou Dajunās gag. She walked over with a sinister smile.
"Youāve got to be kidding me?"
The onlookers glanced at Zhou Dajun, then at the two fat pigs in the sty, and a thought simultaneously arose in their minds.
It couldnāt be what they were thinking, could it?
"Who are you, let go of me, let go... Ah." Zhou Dajunās mouth was forced open by her, Wufu directly poured the Medicinal Powder in, and then she followed with water to wash it down.
Zhou Dajun started coughing violently, despair in his eyes, tears streaming down his face.
Wufuās expression was emotionless as she spoke coldly, "You like acting like a beast, donāt you? Well, Iāll grant your wish."
That voice...
Zhou Dajunās eyes widened in horror as he looked at her, as if trying to see through her.
Wufu, she was the death god, Wufu.
What had she fed him, what was she going to do?
"Strip off his pants and throw him into the pigsty," Wufu snorted coldly.
A man as low as a dog or pig, daring to insult her motherāthen let him live as such. After today, he could forget about ever standing tall as a human being again!
