Ye Tian glanced at Qin Xiaowan. He was already well aware of something the War Dragon Remnant Soul had told him during his battle with Qin Lin: Qin Xiaowan also seemed to possess a Dragon Pearl, albeit one of a lower grade than his own War Dragon Pearl.

Ye Tian wasn't a cold and heartless man. He suspected Qin Xiaowan was trying to convey something more with her words, but with Ye Feifei right there, he couldn't allow himself to entertain any improper thoughts. It would be disrespectful to Ye Feifei and a betrayal of their relationship.
"Qin Xiaowan, some things can't be changed just because you wish them to be. As for whether I become your family's mortal enemy, I'm sure your father knows where the line is. If he tries anything funny with me again, the Qin Family might just face true annihilation."
"Don't think I'm just trying to scare you. I killed all three of the Black Iron Guards your father hired. I'm sure he knows just how strong they were, so you'd best not test my limits. I'm well aware of everything your father has done to me, and I have no intention of letting it slide," Ye Tian said.

The two of them then left, leaving Qin Xiaowan alone in the room. Her expression revealed a maelstrom of emotions. 'What did Ye Feifei mean by that? Could she have noticed my strange feelings for Ye Tian?'
When Ye Tian and Ye Feifei came downstairs, they immediately drew the attention of everyone in the restaurant. Qin Lin and Qin Li stopped eating, stood up, and walked directly toward Ye Tian.
"Ye Tian, you've got some nerve, daring to meet with my sister. Are you trying to make a move on her?" Qin Li was the first to speak.
"What if I am? What if I'm not? It doesn't seem to be any of your business, does it?" Ye Tian said coolly after a single glance. In truth, he didn't give a damn about either of them.
"Nonsense! Xiaowan is our sister, how can you say it has nothing to do with us? Looks like having one isn't enough for you. You have Ye Feifei, but you still want to mess with my sister? You really do have some nerve."
"We haven't even settled the score for you injuring us last time, and now you pull a stunt like this. You're not leaving here today until you give us a proper explanation," Qin Lin interjected, unable to hold back.
Ye Tian was about to speak, but Ye Feifei cut in first. "Qin Lin, you and your brother had better watch your mouths. If it's an explanation you want, I'll give you one. Do you want to come at me one at a time, or both at once? My Brother Tian doesn't even need to lift a finger for the likes of you."
Ye Feifei's words stunned everyone in the restaurant. The young mistress of the Ye Family was daring to fight both young masters of the Qin Family by herself? This was an unprecedented event.
A buzz of excitement instantly filled the air. This was going to be a spectacular show! Everyone eagerly awaited the fight that was about to break out.
A flash of surprise crossed the faces of Qin Lin and Qin Li. Since when was Ye Feifei so formidable that she would dare to take on both of them? This was a blatant show of disrespect to the Qin Family.
"Don't get so arrogant, Ye Feifei! Don't think we won't touch you just because you're a woman. If you're determined to stick up for Ye Tian, we don't mind teaching you a lesson. But I'm more than enough to handle you myself," Qin Li said.
"Feifei, let's go," Ye Tian said disdainfully, his expression icy. "Why waste breath on ants like them? If you're really looking to die, don't say I didn't warn you."
"Don't get cocky, Ye Tian! Last time, I was just careless and let you get the upper hand. You really think I'm afraid of you? If my dad hadn't stopped me, I would've settled the score with you long ago. You think you can just walk away today?" Qin Lin's expression darkened as he roared.
"Heh, you two really are clueless about the danger you're in, aren't you? Perhaps you'll understand when your sister, Qin Xiaowan, comes down," Ye Tian chuckled.
Qin Lin laughed. "Enough talk! If you've got the guts, let's fight again! I have to pay you back for last time's humiliation. Otherwise, you'll think my Qin Family is full of nobodies."
Ye Tian said nothing. His senses told him that Qin Xiaowan had just left her room and was now slowly walking down the stairs.
