Chapter 95: Chapter 89: Welcome Banquet
Yin Tianshen hasnât come out yet, but three cars drove in from afar, dispersing the journalists at the entrance. A group of men in uniform quickly got out of the cars and surrounded the detention centerâs entrance, blocking the journalists outside the human wall.
These men were sent by Yin Hao. Today, Yin Tianshenâs release was supposed to be a secret, yet somehow, someone leaked the news to the media, leading to a frenzy of reporters eager to cover the story.
In fact, Yin Hao only needed to probe a little to know that the one who leaked the news to the journalists was none other than Leng Yichen.
As soon as Yin Tianshen stepped out of the detention center, flashing lights from all directions pierced his eyes. He just raised his hand to shield his eyes, showing an unusual calmness, and looked up at the sky, taking a deep breath!
The long-lost air of freedom!
Yin Tianshen stood quietly with his eyes closed for a moment.
"Yin Tianshen! Whatâs your comment on your drug possession incident?"
"Can you tell us about your experience during your detention..."
The journalists fought to ask questions, but Yin Tianshen turned a deaf ear to them. He just quietly looked at the cameras with a mysterious smile.
"Young Master, Mr. Yin sent me to take you home." The speaker was Yin Haoâs assistant.
Yin Tianshen looked at the man but hadnât spoken before the sound of roaring engines interrupted.
A fleet of exotic sports cars drove up all at once. Seeing this, the journalists hurriedly made way to avoid being run over.
The young men getting out of the sports cars were well-known rich heirs of the city.
"Congratulations on regaining your freedom. Iâve arranged a venue for you; tonight weâll throw you a party!" The person speaking was Ming Jue, one of Yin Tianshenâs closest friends, whose family is in the hotel business.
"Alright!" The smile on Yin Tianshenâs face deepened as he leisurely walked down the steps towards Ming Jueâs car.
"Young Master!" Yin Haoâs assistant stopped Yin Tianshen, "Mr. Yin is still waiting for you at home!"
"Then let him keep waiting!" Yin Tianshen didnât spare the assistant another glance, directly getting into Ming Jueâs Lamborghini.
The engines roared again, and the fleet of sports cars sped away, leaving Yin Haoâs men and the journalists staring at each other.
The busy day finally came to an end. Bai Yiran checked the time and saw it was already past eight.
The Huamei gratitude banquet was about to take place. To complete this task perfectly, Bai Yiran strictly ordered Leng Yichen not to interfere with her working overtime.
Time was running short, so Bai Yiran gathered her things and hastened her steps to leave.
Today is her cousin Cheng Shishiâs birthday, and Bai Yiran promised to celebrate with her. Having already informed Leng Yichen, Bai Yiran headed straight to where Cheng Shishiâs birthday was being held.
MOON LIGHT is a newly opened nightclub, and thatâs where Cheng Shishiâs birthday celebration was taking place.
Today marks Cheng Shishiâs twentieth birthday. She wanted to celebrate it differently. The nightclub was her first visit, suggested by a college friend. At first, Bai Yiran disapproved, but Cheng Shishi was curious about such a place and insisted on having her birthday there, so Bai Yiran eventually agreed.
At MOON LIGHT, Yin Tianshen sat in a VIP booth sipping freshly opened champagne. This nightclub was recently opened by Ming Jue, with all-female staff dressed as bunnies and a seductive PR manager drifting around him, whispering flirtations.
However, Yin Tianshen just couldnât get into the mood.
"Whatâs wrong with you? Not satisfied with my place?" Ming Jue noticed Yin Tianshenâs disinterest and asked. "Is it the drinks or the girls you donât like? Young Master Yin, todayâs party is for you! Donât kill the vibe, alright?"
