Leng Yichen came back not as late as expected; Bai Yiran was lying on the bed reading when Leng Yichen walked in.

After showering, Leng Yichen stood by the bed with a towel wrapped around him, drying his hair. Bai Yiran got out of bed to prepare clean pajamas for him.

"So, did you agree to her?" Leng Yichen asked after hearing about Xu Juan’s situation.

"Yeah, otherwise what should we do? Really let your cousin not get married and become a father?"

"I can arrange another house for them; after all, I have lots of properties under my name. Or we could move out for a few days." Leng Yichen put down the towel and turned to look at Bai Yiran as she walked over with his pajamas.
