"Get up, go shower!"

"That child isn’t biologically my cousin’s. He and my sister-in-law adopted him. They had another child before, but after they divorced, it was discovered. The child was lost at four months, for reasons unknown."

Xiao Mei exclaimed, "They divorced?"

Yu Bin nodded, "Yeah, didn’t you know? It was quite a scandal because my cousin had an affair. They only remarried recently. No idea how my cousin won my sister-in-law back; even my mom and I didn’t know, always thought my cousin was single."

Yu Bin rambled, but Xiao Mei’s thoughts gradually wandered.
