Crack!
The whole hotel lobby was filled with a huge invisible pressure.
Several fragile glass objects suddenly started to crack all over.
Atlas suddenly took a step forward, standing in front of Aiden and the others.
The heavy pressure around them disappeared instantly.
"Calvin, youâre at level 89. How could you be so shameless, trying to attack these young people?" Atlas frowned.
Calvinâs face changed. He wasnât really planning to fight here, but seeing Aiden made him too angry.
He knew Atlas well. Atlas was a level 92 Legendary Rank Reclasser, a secret weaver. His power was very strong.
Even though Atlas was only in the Legendary Tier, he could still stand up to a Mythic Rank Reclasser of the same level.
But Calvin was still only a level 89 Mythic Rank. If he really fought, he would lose badly to Atlas.
"The Great Shaw Empire sent you to lead the competitors? Do you have no stronger people left?" Calvin sneered and mocked.
He couldnât fight Atlas, but he could still insult him.
This wasnât the Great Shaw Empire. It was the Elephant Empire.
Atlas didnât say anything back. He just moved slightly to the side and looked at Aiden.
"Your defeated opponent is yours to deal with," he said.
Aiden calmly looked at Calvin, a small smile on his lips. He nodded and took two steps forward, standing next to Atlas, about ten meters away from Calvin.
Seeing this, Calvin raised his chest and his breathing became faster.
His face turned red, and he was clearly very angry. He said,
"Who is his underdog? Atlas, I warn you, donât say stupid things!"
"Iâm a level 89 Mythic Rank Reclasser. How could I lose to a Magic Apprentice?"
Atlas rolled his eyes. He pulled out his phone, tapped a few times, and then showed the screen to Calvin.
The video showed Aiden kicking Calvin in the face in the Money Space.
"Enough! What are you trying to do? Humiliate me? Make me angry?" Calvin couldnât take it anymore.
What else could he do? They showed him the video to provoke him. He couldnât hold back at all!
Damn Aiden, making him look so embarrassed!
Calvinâs eyes flashed with strong killing intent. He stared at Aiden with hatred.
At that moment, Miles slowly stepped out from behind Calvin. He took a deep breath and said to Aiden:
"This video is incomplete. Your Great Shaw Empire Reclassers took it on purpose to hurt Calvin Lordâs image."
"The video doesnât show the whole story. It was you who took advantage of Calvin Lordâs trust and attacked him secretly!"
After Miles said that, he looked at Calvin with a little nervousness.
Then, when he saw Calvin nod quickly, he sighed in relief. His eyes were full of excitement.
"Youâre right. You took the video on purpose and posted it on purpose!" Calvin, who was humiliated, didnât hesitate at all. He agreed with Miles.
For Calvin, it was like a boxing champion being beaten by a small kid one day.
That shame was too much to bear.
Atlas frowned. He didnât expect that not only was Miles so shameless, but Calvin was also not a real strong person at all. He acted more like a bully.
"Back then, you should have kicked him in the face a few more times," Atlas suddenly said.
Aiden pretended to sigh in regret. "Yeah, if I could go back in time, I would have kicked him harder. I would have kicked all his teeth out, so he couldnât say any more bad words."
"Itâs my fault. Sorry."
"Sorry?"
Miles shivered. Recently, every time he posted a comment online, there were always lots of replies from netizens.
The word "sorry" had become something he really hated.
"Fine, you not only didnât realize your mistake, but youâre even more arrogant!" Miles said, and quickly pulled out a new phone, pointing it at Aiden and his group.
"Iâm recording this to protect fairness and justice. You all have to say youâre sorry for what you said just now!"
"Otherwise, I will post the video online!"
The internet is an important voice for the weak, and thatâs a common belief.
But some really shameless and low people use fake weakness to get sympathy from the public, just to satisfy their selfish desires.
If they succeed, it could hurt innocent people.
If they fail and their lies are exposed, it might make more people ignore the real weak ones.
But right now, Aiden was different. He knew what Luke was doing. No matter what Miles did now, the truth would come out soon.
But that didnât stop the growing killing intent in Aidenâs heart.
In his eyes, Miles was truly a dead man.
No need to say anything else. If a regular Reclasser faced Milesâ lies and online bullying, they could suffer from mental problems, or even break down and commit suicide.
Aiden looked at the phoneâs camera and said calmly,
"I really hate people like you, thinking that just holding a phone and recording a video can threaten others," Aiden said.
"But besides doing this, you canât really do anything else."
Milesâ face turned dark instantly.
That was calling him a useless guy!
Damn Aiden, he must be so angry at him, but couldnât do anything, so he said that.
Thinking about it, Miles took a deep breath, tried to fix his expression, and then switched his phone to selfie mode.
His eyes quickly turned red. His voice caught in his throat, and even his hands holding the phone were shaking slightly.
"You all heard it. Aiden is like this. They took the video on purpose, posted it on purpose, and now theyâre saying this about me."
"Everyone, I know youâre all smart and fair. You wonât let bad people act like this. You wonât let them..."
Just as Miles was about to start crying for sympathy, a sudden, awkward smile appeared.
Aiden watched Miles acting like a drama queen and couldnât help but laugh.
If this guy knew that Luke had found a special Reclasser who could reenact the scene, heâd probably cry for real.
"Sorry, I couldnât help it. Your acting is actually pretty good," Aiden said, taking a deep breath and holding back a smile.
"Go on, Iâll even like your video when itâs done."
Then he walked over to the hotel front desk and checked in.
The pretty front desk worker had been watching everything. When Aiden got close, she suddenly got nervous and flustered.
Then Victor, Jade, and the others came over and started checking in too.
Atlas, on the way past Calvin, just smiled and quietly said,
"Believing someone like Miles? Youâre really dumb."
Calvin took a deep breath, trying to control his anger, and said slowly:
"Hmph, time will show who the fool is!"
Miles nodded hard and said to Calvin,"Youâre right. Not long from now, everyone will see the real faces of Aiden and the Great Shaw Empire Reclassers. Theyâre really terrible!"
"Theyâre just a bunch of cold-blooded animals. They didnât help their own kind, and instead attacked me and stopped me from finding more help!"
Miles got more and more excited as he spoke. He almost wanted to start a live stream right then to expose Aiden and his group for being so shameless and heartless.
Calvin saw how excited Miles was and didnât doubt him at all. Instead, he said,
"You just got out of the hospital. Try not to get too emotional. Wait until tomorrow, when the global Reclasser competition starts. If youâre lucky, you might meet Aiden."
"Then youâll have a chance to clear your name!"
When Miles heard that, his face went stiff for a moment, but then he quickly calmed down.
He had seen with his own eyes how Aiden had beaten Calvin at the same level.
If he met Aiden, it would be the worst luck ever!
Aiden would definitely not let him off easily!
At that moment, Calvin suddenly used his detection skill on Aiden, who was about to enter the elevator.
When the elevator doors slowly closed, Calvinâs eyes widened. He couldnât see Aidenâs basic information at all.
"Could that kid have a high-level shield skill?"
"But itâs not a big deal. According to a reliable source, Aiden finished his Class Change task two days ago. His level should be around 40," Calvin thought.
He turned to Miles and said,
"Donât worry. It was because of that special skill, Money Space, that made Aiden stronger back then."
"Now, heâs only level 40, and youâre level 55 Mythic Rank."
"So, come find me tonight. I can help boost your power before the competition starts."
Miles immediately brightened up. He was about to thank Calvin when a calm voice from behind said:
"Get out of the way."
A girl in a gray hoodie looked at him with an angry face.
