Dark blue ice surged like a wave, completely swallowing everything within a kilometer of Azure.

"Consider yourselves lucky to witness Blaine’s power." One of the Miko looked up at the sky, a look of pure disdain on her face.

The golden flames burned bright, but to her, they were just a level 50 human putting on a show.

"Exactly. The strongest spell a Magic Apprentice could ever cast would barely even tickle Blaine."

"Hahaha! Couldn’t have said it better myself."

The Miko surrounding Blaine were completely at ease, laughing and chatting loudly.

Could a level 75 Mythic Rank Miko really lose to a level 50 human? And not just any human—a human with the weakest class.

That was completely out of the question.

Blaine thought exactly the same way.

"Ice Beast Tide!" Blaine’s voice dropped low. In an instant, the ice on the ground surged together, rapidly forming into a swarm of wild beasts.

These ice-born creatures radiated a heavy, freezing pressure as they locked their sights on the golden flames above.

They lunged forward, baring their fangs and unleashing a series of terrifying roars.

The moment the words left her lips, an eerie silence fell over the area.

Cheryl’s eyes went wide. Her lips parted in shock as she stared past Blaine, completely unable to believe what she was seeing.

That was all it took. Blaine realized something was wrong.

She whipped her head around, staring straight at Aiden’s position.

She barely had time to look before her confidence and cool demeanor completely vanished.

"How is this possible?" Blaine whispered, her voice full of disbelief.

High above, thin streams of golden flames raced across the sky, guided by Aiden’s control straight toward the ice beasts.

Blaine had originally expected that even if Aiden’s golden flames were a high tier, they would still get swarmed by the beasts, leaving him completely overwhelmed.

But in reality, Aiden’s expression never changed much from start to finish.

As soon as the ice beasts got close to the golden flames, they began to melt rapidly.

"No, this isn’t possible! Even in lava, ice wouldn’t melt this fast!" Blaine couldn’t accept what she was seeing.

This was her ultimate skill. While it couldn’t compare to a true Venerable Domain, it was still much stronger than regular Mythic Rank skills.

Even the ruler of Winterhold The Selwyn Family had praised this skill, saying that once she reached level 90, she could use it as a foundation to master a more powerful domain.

"Lava temperature? Is it really that high?" Fiona, who was still relatively calm, spoke up with disdain.

Aiden was wielding the Divine Golden Sun flame!

By the time Blaine realized the danger, it was already too late.

"Instant cast? How can a human cast skills that fast?" Blaine’s pupils shrank.

Gritting her teeth, she raised her Frost Wand and shouted:

"Ice Shield!"

In an instant, the surrounding ice surged upward, forming a fast-moving circular blue barrier.

"What are you staring at? Help me now!"

Feeling still threatened, Blaine shouted sharply at the other Miko beside her.

The other Miko quickly jumped into action, constantly casting defensive skills.

Rocks flew everywhere around Blaine and the other Miko. The ground turned scorched and black, with deep cracks splitting through it.

She turned sharply and glared at the Miko who had earlier claimed that Magic Apprentice was the weakest human class. "Did you get that wrong?" she demanded.

"Did you misremember? Could Magic Apprentice actually be a Mythic Rank class for humans?"

That Miko panicked. She thought hard for a moment, then answered firmly:

"No way! From what I know, Magic Apprentice is definitely the weakest class!"

The weakest?

Blaine looked up at the fierce assault. Neither the purple lightning nor the raging, destructive dark energy could possibly be cast by a human who was only level 50.

"You despicable human, you must be using some item or gear to trick me! Your level is definitely not lower than mine!" Blaine gritted her teeth and spoke fast.

"Thankfully, our defenses are holding up at least for now..."

Before Blaine could even finish her words, her pupils sharply contracted. A sudden, heavy wave of danger instantly crashed over her, flooding her chest with sharp alarm.

The flashy effects of the skills above had completely blocked her line of sight. She couldn’t tell what the human was doing at all.

"Damn it, we can’t stay here. We have to go!" Blaine made a split-second decision.

"Flee?" One of the Miko widened her eyes in disbelief.

Blaine took a deep breath. She had never run away in shame before a fight was over.

"It’s not running away," she said quickly. "It’s a temporary retreat!"

"This human is too dirty and cunning. He probably has backup..."

Just then, a blinding golden light suddenly flashed down from above her and the other Miko.

The searing heat instantly melted the ice around them. Even the Ice Shield Blaine had cast shattered in seconds.

While the Miko watched in panic and fear, Aiden held the Divine Golden Sunflame in one hand and darted forward in a quick zigzag pattern.

"Try to run? If I let you escape, it’ll only delay my mission."

"Once I kill you, I’ll only need three more Mythic Rank creatures from the Abyss to finish my mission!"

Aiden’s gaze was cold, his eyes sharp with intent to kill.

Without a second thought, he sent the Divine Golden Sunflame flying straight at Blaine.

Faced with the searing heat of the Divine Golden Sunflame—something that looked like it could melt anything—Blaine didn’t hesitate. She turned and ran.

Only now did she realize his earlier words weren’t just empty threats.

"Damn, he’s basically a monster. Could he really be human?" The thought flashed through Blaine’s mind.

As Blaine tried to escape, Aiden didn’t hesitate. He simply flicked his right wrist.

Psychic Bracelet!

In an instant, Blaine’s eyes went blank. Her body froze in place.

The scorching Divine Golden Sunflame instantly engulfed Blaine in flames.

"Aaaah!"

"It’s burning! It burns so bad!"

"Help me! Please, help me!"

Blaine snapped back to reality, but it was too late to fight back.

The Miko around them tried to run.

But Aiden just summoned Faye, who immediately cast a Mythic Rank soul shock.

After about seven or eight seconds, Aiden calmly sheathed the the Abyssthe Flame Demon staff. His expression didn’t change, as if he’d just done something completely ordinary.

Meanwhile, Cheryl and Fiona just stared blankly at the dead Miko around them.
