“Are you going home now?” Ren Chongda asked.

“No, I’m heading to the hospital first to check things out.” Cao Yong said this in passing, to inform the driver and Xiao Du.

Ren Chongda was taken aback, “You’re not going home first but to the hospital? Why?”

When had the heartthrob, old classmate, turned into a workaholic? Ren Chongda had never heard such a thing. Because Handsome Cao was not the working type but the practical, effortlessly cool type, with strong capabilities. He always believed that a doctor’s work and leisure time must be well-coordinated to be sustainable.

Cao Yong found it difficult to answer his question, his mind preoccupied with the conversation he had seen on the chat group the other day: was she going to visit the hospital for an internship today?
