The two nodded with smiles and then stepped into Thorâs carriage.
"Brother Thor, Iâve been hearing Father praise you all this time. Youâre truly remarkable."
"Yes, Brother Thor."
Inside the carriage, the three of them were conversing.
Thor understood the reason for their visit; Germann was here to join his father in the Kingdom War, while Erica was accompanying him to enter the East City Academy for her studies.
What surprised Thor was Erica; her Knight Cultivation had already reached the Official Knight Peak, and sheâs only sixteen.
Such talent could indeed be called terrifying.
As for Germann and Erica, they were full of curiosity about Thor.
During this period, the name echoing in their ears wasnât their uncleâs, but rather this person here.
Thorâs actions were no secret among the upper nobility.
Due to the relationship between the Dressrosa and Vieira clan, Thor had almost become a child of others.
Erica was fine, but Germann Vieira had received quite a few reprimands from his father.
This didnât make them resentful, but curiosity was inevitable.
After interacting, the two were utterly shocked.
They couldnât sense Thorâs Knight Cultivation at all, which meant Thorâs cultivation was much higher than theirs.
And Thor was just about twenty-one years old.
Their hearts fluctuated.
At the moment, the queue was slowly moving forward.
As the sun began to set in the west, the group finally passed through the city gates and entered the Royal Capital.
Upon entering the capital, they were greeted by a massive main road, crowded with a large number of people and horses.
Clearly, with the onset of the Kingdom War, even the vast Royal Capital was slightly congested.
Following a while, Germann and Erica decided to part ways.
Germann still needed to escort his sister to East City Academy, so he naturally couldnât follow along.
"Goodbye, Brother Thor!"
"Goodbye!"
The two waved goodbye.
Watching them leave, Thor was deep in thought.
Through simple exchanges, he had a rough idea of what it meant.
But he had little interest in such matters.
Shaking his head, he continued forward with his men.
The gathering place of the Dressrosa family was in a district of the north city, but before heading there, he needed to register at the Royal Capital office.
In the Kingdom, each family operates with relative independence, despite their noble status.
Registration is done individually.
Not only for him and the Dressrosa family, but also for other Pioneer Lords of the Eagle Territory.
Thankfully, with the Kingdom War underway, the office was almost working overnight.
Once all the tasks were completed, night had fallen.
Thor then led his men to the gathering place of the Dressrosa family in the north city.
The area was already filled with numerous descendants of the Dressrosa family.
Once again, Thor met his father.
"Father!"
Thor greeted Count Engle with respect.
"Not bad, it seems youâve grown quite a bit!"
"Did you meet Erica on your way?"
Count Engle nodded with satisfaction and spoke with a smile.
"Father!"
Thorâs mouth twitched; who would have thought that even after traveling to another world and becoming a Viscount, he couldnât escape being urged into marriage.
He had already sensed something was off, wondering why things were so coincidental.
Goodness, it was clearly prearranged.
"Hahaha, youâre not young anymore. As a descendant of the Dressrosa, you should contribute to the familyâs propagation."
"Your father, at eighteen, already had your older brother."
Watching Thorâs twitching mouth, Count Engle laughed.
"Father, Erica should count as my sister!"
Thor spoke helplessly.
"Whatâs the difference? Erica has a strong talent, and you do too. Any offspring you would produce could inherit your strengths."
Count Engle spoke indifferently.
In this world, even hundreds of years ago, sibling marriages were permitted until the Empire banned it, though only true siblings were restricted; cousin marriages were mostly unaffected.
Moreover, to ensure pure bloodlines, nobility rarely married lower-class nobles, let alone commoners; such intermarriages were common.
But Thor found this somewhat unacceptable.
No way, he wasnât a brute.
"Father, letâs focus on the Kingdom War for now. This matter is crucial for the Dressrosa family."
Thor shook his head, quickly changing the subject before he couldnât keep up.
His topic diversion was obviously correct.
Count Engle was quickly drawn to what Thor was saying.
"I understand that."
"However, this Kingdom War seems different from usual, potentially causing some trouble."
Speaking solemnly, Count Engleâs expression grew serious.
He had been here for some time and had some preliminary understanding of the Kingdom War.
However, this initial understanding disrupted many of his plans.
The few weeks of furrowed brows hadnât eased.
"Different from usual?"
Thor was surprised.
In Engleâs letters, Thor had gotten some insights into the Kingdom War, which rarely changed its mode.
But he hadnât expected any changes this time.
"Yes, there have been some changes; you should take a look at this!"
Count Engle handed Thor a sheepskin scroll.
"Whatâs this?"
Absentmindedly accepting it, Thor questioned with intrigue.
The scroll appeared blank.
"You should understand how to use Spiritual Power; view it with your Spiritual Power."
Count Engle responded softly.
His words conveyed confidence; although Spiritual Power is generally exclusive to Sky Knights, he believed his son could surely do it.
Recalling a year ago, when Michael and others returned and informed him of the incredible events, Count Engle still remembered his shock and disbelief.
Earth Knight.
His son had actually become an Earth Knight.
A twenty-year-old Earth Knight, whose talent was dazzling even in the Empire, let alone imaginable in the Kingdom.
Moreover, the breakthrough to Earth Knight wasnât the most shocking aspect.
If it were only breaking through to Earth Knight, he would have been surprised, but considering his son had bonded with a Natural Elf and received the Goddess of Lifeâs blessing, this cultivation speed wasnât incredibly miraculous.
The real issue was his sonâs power...
Equivalent to a dozen Earth Knights.
Excluding flight ability, even if he faced a Sky Knight, he felt uncertain about resolving the fight entirely.
Yet his son effortlessly annihilated them.
