Immortal Qin Dynasty, Beidou Continent, Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall Ancestral Land.
In the depths of the magnificent celestial halls, several figures were perched high above the projections of the seven mythical Big Dipper Stars.
"Greedy Wolf, if what you say is true, we will absolutely support you..."
After listening to Song Chiās proposal for a joint advancement line and the subsequent plans for establishing the Fifth Torch Empire, the Hall Masters such as Broken Army and Jumen showed great interest, their delight evident in their eyes.
But evidently, things wouldnāt be so simple, as Broken Army Hall Masterās voice, laced with excitement, quickly shifted:
"However, this matter is too significant; it must be reported to the Star Lord!"
His words were somewhat tactful, implying that the decision must come from the Beidou Star Lord.
"Where is the Star Lord now?"
"Human Emperor City!"
...
Without delay, Song Chi headed straight to Human Emperor City.
Having already left a spatial anchor point in Human Emperor City, no time was wasted.
At the Human Emperor City - Western City Wall, when the Heavenly Ruins Cang Qiong arrived, the Shaking Light Sky Star was quietly hovering above the city wall.
Evidently, this former Greedy Wolf Hall Master, now the Beidou Star Lord of the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall, was remotely controlling the warship avatar for exploration.
Song Chi didnāt directly disturb him but controlled the Heavenly Ruins Cang Qiong to hover nearby, waiting quietly.
Generally speaking, unless the power difference is vast, a Torch Ship Captain can immediately sense various situations outside the warship. Since the Shaking Light Sky Star didnāt react, the only explanation was that the exploration outside the Human Emperor City has reached a critical juncture.
In this situation, rash interference is taboo.
As expected, Song Chi didnāt have to wait long. Once the warship avatarās situation stabilized, a voice quickly came from the Shaking Light Sky Starās superdimensional mother ship.
"Heavenly Ruins Cang Qiong, Greedy Wolf?"
"Star Lord, itās like this..."
After confirming identities, Song Chi quickly relayed what he had discussed with Broken Army and the others.
"Is it true?"
Instantly, the Star Lordās expression became extremely serious.
After receiving Song Chiās highly affirmative second response, he fell into a long contemplation.
"If opening the Fifth Torch Empire is indeed authorized by all four Human Emperors, then this is indeed feasible, but..."
His voice paused, and he quickly asked Song Chi another question.
"If we do join forces, how will the gained territories be distributed?"
Song Chi had already considered this and immediately replied without hesitation:
"Eight-two, my Dragon Spine Song Family takes eight, the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall takes two!"
The Beidou Star Lordās face immediately darkened.
"Are you serious about this ratio?"
For the superdimensional captain who had just entered superdimension and was pushing towards the ninth rank senior, or even limit, Song Chi did not evade, and their eyes met directly.
In the end, it was the Beidou Star Lord who first averted his gaze.
"Letās make it seven-three; eight-two is too harsh."
"Star Lord, eight-two is the final bottom line."
Song Chiās voice remained firm. He knew well that the proposed distribution ratio was certainly not excessive.
Eight-two means that once more than 100 river systems are occupied, the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall will control 20 of them?
For Torch power, not part of the Four Great Empires, this was unprecedented.
Previously, though the Torch Civilization under the Four Great Empires had dozens or even hundreds of Immortal Giant-level influences, each had a presence in at most two river systems, with many only having a single river systemās territory.
The war with the Eight-Armed Snake Demon Civilization, successfully annexing the Eight-Armed Snake Demon Galaxy Cluster, indeed permitted various Immortal Giant forces to expand significantly, yet the strongest now only controlled four river systems. In all of this, the Four Great Empires had meticulous control, ensuring none expanded excessively.
Considering this, controlling at least twenty river systems was obviously extremely valuable.
In other words, even if the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall did not agree, Song Chi and his Dragon Spine Song Family could entirely seek other giant forces out.
However, due to his deep connections and good relations with the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall, the priority consideration was the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall, without openly voicing contentious words.
After a long silence, the Beidou Star Lord finally nodded slowly.
"Fine, eight-two it is. But I still have one condition."
Song Chiās eyes flashed: "Please speak, Star Lord."
"If the Fifth Empire can indeed be established, the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall should have priority cooperation rights. In terms of resources, technology, and talent, the Dragon Spine Song Family must prioritize cooperation with us."
Upon hearing this, Song Chiās lips slightly curved upwards.
This condition wasnāt demanding, even playing right into his plans. The Song familyās foundation is ultimately too shallow. If the Fifth Torch Empire is truly established, future external collaborations will be inevitable.
"Of course, the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall is my most trusted ally, and many matters in the future will require the strong support of the Star Lord and the Hall Masters."
The Beidou Star Lord finally appeared satisfied, and the surrounding Power of Stars also subsided.
"In that case, the matter is settled."
"I will immediately convene the Seven Halls meeting to fully cooperate with your plan."
"Thank you, Star Lord!"
...
Half a year later, at the ancestral land of the Big Dipper Seven Stars Hall.
Seven majestic figures respectively perched atop the stellar projections of the Big Dipper Seven Stars, the vast Star Power weaving a splendid star chart inside the hall.
