The visibility was gradually dimming. Su Chang estimated that his visibility was only about ten meters, and he had to get closer to see clearly.
This posed a significant obstacle for him, as he couldnât predict what lay ahead.
"Bang~"
Another arrow shot towards him. Su Chang managed to dodge it with a roll, knocking over a zombie.
In reality, as long as there were no disturbances, these arrows, although powerful, simply couldnât hit him. However, the trouble was that these Hunters operated as a group with a high level of coordination.
Especially the ability of that The Darkest seemed excessively abnormal. Although it didnât completely block his vision, it severely restricted him.
The head could provide some feedback, but there was always a delay, nowhere near as direct as his own observation.
"Rip~"
His clothes got torn, and a moderately deep knife wound appeared on Su Changâs back.
When did this happen?
Su Chang was bewildered. He hadnât sensed anything approaching, yet he was injured. Turning around, he saw no one behind him, just a few trailing zombies.
The bizarre abilities of these Hunters had already left him chilled, making them unpredictable and hard to defend against.
Even though his vision was in darkness, the Mysterious Shopâs aura was still there, allowing him to sense its location.
Su Chang instantly sprinted towards the nearest Mysterious Shop. His condition was already poor, and he needed to catch his breath in the shop.
"He wonât get away. Thereâs already someone blocking the road ahead... No wonder he could kill the boss. The boss once said he would only die at the hands of someone stronger than him, no wonder."
The half-long-haired The Darkest stood at a distance, speaking to the person beside him. His eyes glowed with an eerie light, but there wasnât a trace of joy on his face.
It seemed somewhat difficult even for so many of them to encircle and kill this Otherworld human.
Beside him, an older-looking Hunter, with partially grayed hair, fiddled with two spheres in his hands. His eyes were as profound and dark as an abyss. He nodded and said with a laugh:
"His strength isnât exaggerated, but his calmness is terrifying. He has an amazing ability to judge, as if every decision is the most correct for his current status, uninfluenced by any external factors."
...
The Mysterious Shop was less than a kilometer away from here, very close. At Su Changâs speed, it would only take a few minutes.
But even such a short distance felt like an insurmountable gap.
"Bang bang bang~"
Suddenly, three figures appeared in Su Changâs field of vision. He fired three shots in succession, but only one bullet hit one personâs chest because the distance was so short, and by the time he fired the third shot, the other two were already upon him.
Su Chang didnât stick around for a brawl. Sacrificing a cut to the chest, he took down one person and immediately fled because the head informed him that others were following closely behind.
On another street, the zombies formed an Undead Tide. However, due to the sheer number of Hunters around, there werenât too many zombies following Su Chang.
Now, the white light of the Mysterious Shop had appeared before him. Su Chang felt this light was so familiar, his visibility having been reduced to a mere four or five meters, relying on his other senses to assess his surroundings.
The head reminded him: "On your left, someone is charging at you, about twenty meters away."
After his vision was blocked, Su Changâs perception of the outside world was significantly weakened.
"Haha."
A laugh, sounding as if mocking.
Su Changâs face changed suddenly. Although he couldnât see it, he already knew a Flying Saber was shooting towards him.
The Flying Saber was very stealthy, much like Su Changâs Shadow Arrow, without any response, and it embedded in his back.
Hit by a Flying Saber, Su Changâs speed didnât slow at all. He kept his head down, running towards the Mysterious Shop, ramming two zombies aside to reach the entrance.
They seemed to have anticipated Su Changâs intention.
A tall Hunter, wielding a Long-handled Giant Axe, stood at the Mysterious Shopâs entrance, swinging it at Su Chang with full force, stirring up a flurry of dust from the ground.
Blood and sweat trickled down his foreheadâs wrinkles. Without any semblance of retreat, Su Chang gripped his knife handle tightly, his muscles swelling violently, causing the wounds on his arms to burst open, and swung sideways to meet the strike head-on.
Pressing against the Giant Axe, he leaped up, stepping onto the axeâs hump, coming face to face with the Hunter. Staring him down, his hands blurred into motion, carving a bloody line across the Hunterâs throat.
A flash of white light, and he disappeared in midair.
The Hunter, gripping the Giant Axe, his arms stiffened, his eyes revealing a trace of shock and excitement, as blood gushed from his neck.
After more than ten seconds, he finally collapsed to the ground.

"Almost died."
Su Chang slumped to the ground, gasping for breath, his vision quickly recovering. He glanced at the blue screen, walked towards it quickly, trailing blood from his heels across the silver-gray floor, forming bloody footprints.
The bloody footprints gradually vanished, merging into the silver-gray floor.
"Fighting Specialization? So when a person is at their unluckiest, itâs also their luckiest time."
Su Chang wiped the blood off his face, pulled out the small knife from his waist, and spoke to himself. He didnât know what level his fighting skill was at now, but it presumably wasnât beginner.
[Fighting Specialization (Extremely Rare, Quantity: One): 6000 Points]
[Fighting Specialization: From a young age, you have engaged in fights with someone, familiar with various combat skills. You are a natural Fighter; your combat talent is innate.]
Su Chang spent six thousand Points to exchange for Fighting Specialization. A milky white light leaped from the metallic sphere into his mind, as a flood of information swirled in his brain.
Without thinking much, he lay on the ground, gradually falling asleep by the fifth minute, entering a state of rest.
Su Chang, with Godâs Perspective, observed his bodyâs injuries, the wounds visibly healing at an astonishing pace, the flesh and tissue seemingly activated by something, pulsating as they mended.
He let out a sigh of relief and ordered his body to stand up, only to find that in this state, he couldnât operate the blue screen. It seemed he also couldnât leave the Silver Gray Space voluntarily, having to wait until the time ended to exit.
"Still, this is not bad."
Su Chang contemplated what to do next. Those Hunters surely understood the Mysterious Shopâs rules and would be blocking outside, waiting for him to come out.
Yet, there werenât any other options. Right now, he couldnât even operate his phone. The only remaining option was to charge forward.
After all, the body was undoubtedly fearless. Su Chang commanded it to just charge ahead.
"Hope it works."
Su Chang could only comfort himself this way, thinking that Fighting Specialization might also enhance the bodyâs combat capability.
