Chapter 206: Hot is Hot

After a short period of silence, an annoyed pout appeared on Hinata’s face.

Considering that Anko was smirking, she probably wanted to act like she was making a joke, but Yuna could easily tell that Anko was genuinely concerned about what she just asked, while Hinata was in a similar situation.

Hearing Anko’s words, Hinata nodded her head in agreement.

A comfortable silence descended onto the trio. Now that Hinata and Anko knew about Yuna’s secret, they couldn’t help but be happy about it. They were feeling closer to Yuna than ever before.

After a few minutes of relaxing, Hinata remembered something else and asked Yuna a question.

“By the way, what do you think about Hisoka, Yuna? Well, her previous life. I somewhat doubt that it was like yours.”

Yuna and Anko both nodded in agreement.

“Although it is just a guess, she probably had a rather peaceful life. I can’t be completely certain about it, but I think she never killed someone before and lived in a rather peaceful world. Hinata pondered Yuna’s words for a moment and then nodded in agreement.

Children that were raised to be shinobi from the very start usually don’t feel much when they take their first life, but someone who has grown up without even the possibility of having to kill someone certainly will have some trouble doing so.”

Hinata and Anko both nodded their heads in agreement. Anko was never someone who shied away from blood and violence, so her first kill was rather anti-climatic. She killed her opponent and then moved on without even a second of hesitation.

Hinata, whose personality is a little bit more on the gentle side, as long as Yuna wasn’t involved, had slightly more trouble after killing her first person. After doing the deed, she continued as if nothing happened, but the evening of that day, she had some trouble falling asleep as she was constantly remembering the face of the person she killed.

Well, after laying awake for about half an hour Yuna noticed her distress and after a bit of hugging and head pats, Hinata easily forgot all of her worries and fell asleep, so it really can’t be described as more than a minor inconvenience.

“What about your other genins, Yuna?”

After hearing Anko’s question, Yuna started contemplating about the other two members of her new genin team and after a short while, she simply shrugged her shoulders.

“Honestly, I am not sure yet. Well, I obviously know about Karin, but I am not sure about Sai, yet. At first, I thought that he would be a Root spy and that someone took over Danzo’s organization after I killed him, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. He is emotionally stunted like everyone from Root, but he genuinely tries to understand emotions, so he is different at the same time.”

“For now, I am rather satisfied with my team. Hisoka, as a member of the Hyuga clan, will be responsible for the front line. Karin, with the seals she learned from me and the Iryo jutsu she learned from Tsunade, will be responsible for the support and I will see what I will do with Sai since I haven’t seen what he can do yet. In the report about him, it was written that he can paint animals and animate them with a jutsu, so he should do well in mid-range to long-range combat, which fits the team rather well.”

Yet again, Hinata and Anko nodded their heads in agreement, but moments later Hinata seemed to have remembered something and glared at Yuna.

Although it was rather risky, it was a risk Hinata was willing to take to find out what kind of reward Karin got.

About a minute later, Hinata and Anko were both on all fours. Hinata, because Yuna was currently sitting on her back, and Anko, because she was laughing too hard and actually fell off the couch after Yuna sat down on Hinata’s back.

While Anko was laughing her ass off, Hinata had a somewhat conflicted expression on her face.

‘W-Well, I won’t deny that feeling Yuna’s butt on my back is rather nice, but Karin seriously has a rather special taste to see this as a reward. Although it is a little embarrassing it isn’t too bad.’

Yuna noticed that Hinata wasn’t impressed, and a small smirk appeared on her face. She moved her hand and gave Hinata’s butt a firm smack, causing her body to shiver a little.

‘O-Okay, I might understand the appeal a little now.’

Seeing Hinata’s face change from confusion to pleasure for a short moment, when Yuna smacked her, Anko laughed even harder and started rolling around on the floor.
