Chapter 1235: Hello Eddie
So, under Lin Ruiās mental energy surveillance, he was able to hear some of the conversations between Eddie and Venom inside the apartment across the street. In Lin Ruiās perspective, Venom parasitizing Eddie was something of a melodramatic character, frequently resorting to threatening Eddieās life as leverage.
Eddie, now a host to Venom, had no choice but to temporarily comply with Venomās demands to stay alive. Thus, they had temporarily reached a state of uneasy coexistence.
Lin Rui didnāt have to wait long before the Life Foundationās pursuit team arrived at Eddieās apartment. The pursuit team had no prior experience with a host fully bonded with a symbiote and was brutally beaten within Eddieās apartment. Eddie then leaped out of the window, beginning a thrilling chase through the city streets of San Francisco.
Naturally, Lin Rui continued to follow them from the shadows and even took care of the police and surveillance footage capturing Venom taking action, all to cover their tracks.
Of course, all these actions were attributed to Carlton Drake, the President of the Life Foundation, by the world. After all, given the Life Foundationās capabilities, they could indeed exert considerable influence in San Francisco.
With Venomās assistance, Eddie managed to deal with many of the pursuers. However, just as he began to feel confident in his newfound power, his āFive-Man Drivenā bike collided with a vehicle blocking his path. After executing a series of acrobatic maneuvers in mid-air, Eddie crashed hard onto the ground.
His body sustained multiple severe fractures, his right leg was broken in an irregular manner, and his internal organs suffered varying degrees of damage.
Eddie resembled a broken sack writhing in agony at the crossroads, seemingly on the brink of death. After intercepting Eddie, the Life Foundationās pursuit team swiftly sealed off the intersection.
The Captain, the leader of the pursuit team, slowly approached Eddie, his bald head and facial expression revealing unbridled resentment. Of course, Captain was delighted now that Eddie had been reduced to this pitiful state.
However, as Eddie helplessly watched Captain standing beside him, unable to do anything, Venomās voice echoed in his mind once more.

Following Venomās words in Eddieās mind, the Venom symbiote that had been dormant within Eddieās body surged forth. In a matter of seconds, it healed Eddie, who was on the brink of death. Then, the symbiote oozed out and completely armored Eddie.
At this moment, Eddie, now fully equipped by Venom, transformed into a terrifying black monstrosity. Standing over two meters tall, he had a humanoid form but with a gruesome, bloodthirsty face. The muscular tissue transformed by Venom appeared exceptionally robust and durable, resembling a combat-oriented humanoid weapon.
Eddie was bewildered by the changes inside and outside his body. At this point, he could no longer control himself. Perhaps he no longer had a body to call his own; his body was Venomās!

The next moment, the transformed Eddie, or Venom, swiftly grabbed the bald-headed Captain, who was still in shock due to Eddieās transformation. Enormous black claws tightly clasped Captainās body, and as Venom exerted force, the sound of bones crunching echoed from Captainās body.
Crack, Crack, Crack!
The excruciating pain rendered Captain speechless, and in the face of this horrifying creature, he seemed to understand his fate. Indeed, Venom didnāt prolong his suffering. Hungry and eager, Venom opened its bloodthirsty maw wide and bit off Captainās head in a single gulp.
The scene was gruesome and terrifying, and it finally snapped the other members of the pursuit team, who had been momentarily stunned, back to reality. In the next moment, an onslaught of firepower was unleashed upon Venom.
At this point, they werenāt interested in capturing Venom anymore; they just wanted to eliminate this terrifying creature that devoured human heads.

Then, Venom impatiently glanced at the pursuing team surrounding it and chose a direction to charge towards. With not much heavy firepower or means to restrain Venom, the pursuit team watched helplessly as Venom broke free from the encirclement and leaped into the sea, making its escape.
Once Venom jumped into the sea, the Life Foundationās pursuit team ceased their chase. This pursuit of Eddie had cost them many team members, with even the Captain having his head devoured. Certainly, Venomās horrifying abilities and appearance had left psychological scars on these combat personnel.
However, the Life Foundationās pursuit team giving up the chase didnāt mean that Lin Rui lurking in the shadows would allow Venom and Eddie to continue causing trouble unchecked.
Although the scene of Venom devouring Captainās head had sent shivers down Lin Ruiās spine, after all he had been through, Lin Rui couldnāt claim to be unable to accept it.

As Eddie slumped in exhaustion, Venom oozed out from behind him, with a black viscous substance extending from Eddieās back. Finally, it morphed into a grotesque face that floated in front of Eddie.
