While heading towards the laboratory, T’Challa had assigned the female general the task of investigating the various armed organizations mentioned by Ulysses, which possessed some of Wakanda’s technology.

Although it was likely that the leader of these groups, N’Jadaka, had been captured by SHIELD, there was no guarantee that he was the sole mastermind.

Ulysses, not being a Wakandan, had limited knowledge of Wakanda’s secrets despite having more insight than outsiders. Therefore, T’Challa’s information was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, he felt that a dark cloud was hanging over Wakanda, and the threat could materialize at any moment.

“I never expected Shuri to get along with that Jackson so well. It seems that geniuses indeed have their own unique way of communicating,” T’Challa mused, even before reaching the laboratory. He found the exchange of technology between Shuri and Lin Rui somewhat unexpected.

“However, it’s clear that Jackson, this youngster, hasn’t told us everything. But it does seem like Bucky was genuinely unaware. Could it be that they came to Wakanda this time only after learning some information?” Despite receiving information from Ulysses that indirectly corroborated some of Lin Rui’s statements, T’Challa remained cautious.

As T’Challa was about to reach the laboratory, the female general, who had been tasked with investigating the global armed factions possessing vibranium and Wakandan technology, hurriedly approached him with a serious expression. Hearing the commotion behind him, T’Challa halted his steps.

“These are the locations where vibranium reactions were recently detected worldwide. Apart from a small amount of vibranium that Wakanda trades with the outside world, the vibranium in these locations is of unknown origin, consistent with the information provided by Ulysses,” The female general explained, pointing at the conspicuous red dots on the Earth’s holographic representation.

Wakanda, as known to the world, was primarily an agricultural nation in Africa. Although they produced a unique metal, the scarcity of vibranium had prevented it from attracting widespread attention.

Most of the vibranium Wakanda did trade with the world’s top tech companies or organizations like SHIELD had been used to create weapons, with little impact on global affairs.

However, the female general discovered that these factions had vibranium stolen from Wakanda by Ulysses. Some of it might even have come from sources that Ulysses himself wasn’t aware of. After all, to arm such a multitude of factions, the stolen vibranium could not have been sufficient.

As T’Challa briefly scanned the Earth’s panoramic display with the red dots, he was surprised, even though he had mentally prepared himself. Without their knowledge, external forces harnessed Wakanda’s vibranium and technology to create numerous organizations capable of inciting global turmoil.

It was important to note that many Wakandan tribes had chosen to live in seclusion with their vibranium, precisely to avoid exposing the world to the dangers of escalated warfare without the high-tech capabilities brought by vibranium.

If these organizations, armed with vibranium and Wakandan technology, decided to take action, it would undoubtedly create significant disruption. Moreover, these organizations were formed by people who had experienced war, and with the support of Wakanda’s vibranium and technology, they had become formidable forces.

As a result, they had remained unrecorded by forces like SHIELD.

“Is there more information? Who is behind these organizations? It can’t be Ulysses, could it really be N’Jadaka?” T’Challa asked the female general, his tone serious.

“We haven’t found out yet. While these organizations may be loosely connected, they do possess vibranium products and Wakandan technological weaponry. Just as T’Challa finished his sentences, the two red dots on the Earth’s panoramic display in front of them started blinking rapidly. Simultaneously, the Kimoyo bead emitted an alert sound.

If these organizations caught them off guard, they could indeed pose a significant threat to SHIELD.

“My king, should we take action? These people may have no direct ties to Wakanda, but they are in possession of vibranium products and Wakandan technological weapons,” the female general asked, considering the potential consequences.
