As Minos departed, Lis stood up, surveying all the Legendary Members present.

He had just had a brief conversation with Minos, but given his speed of thought as a Legendary Mage, only a fleeting moment had passed.

“Councilman Lis, please explain your views.”

Lis nodded, smiling as he looked at everyone present and said:

“I know many of you are curious why I want to establish a brand-new school and why I named it ‘Source of All Magic’.”

“Many feel that I’ve been a bit too flamboyant, thinking that being a disciple of ‘Judgement Flame’ with a Kane Floating City in hand is impressive.”

“Although I am indeed quite impressive, upon arriving at the Pan-Continent Mage Association, I suddenly feel that perhaps I had too idealistic a vision of it.”

“In other words, I am quite disappointed with the current Pan-Continent Mage Association.”

Lis surveyed his surroundings with a smile, seemingly taunting everyone with his words.

The surrounding people cast somewhat surprised glances at Lis, including Oriolan and his friends.

Lis looked at everyone present, the smile on his face growing more radiant.

“For instance, your so-called top-tier schools and first-class schools, in order to become stronger, only conceal the extraordinary knowledge they have grasped, allowing only members of the school to learn it.”

“Are you aiming for the betterment of the school, or pursuing higher realms of spells?”

“You merely want to monopolize that knowledge by such means, preventing anyone else from catching up.”

“You all find me arrogant, recklessly naming ‘Source of All Magic’ right after achieving Legend status.”

“That guy is overly bold, does a small school truly imagine mastering all spell types?”

Lis said with a smile, his voice spreading across the palace, his lips curled slightly.

“Do you believe ‘Source of All Magic’ refers to one or several types of spells?”

“No!”

“‘Source of All Magic’ always refers to just one thing: wisdom!”

“We mages are travelers perpetually moving forward on the path of pursuing knowledge and wisdom.”

“Did not First Speaker Osiris, at the close of various Magic Empires’ glorious eras, choose to establish the Pan-Continent Mage Association precisely to support and help us travelers who eternally pursue wisdom in exploring higher realms of magic?”

“And now, I believe the schools within the association are already treading the wrong path.”

“The reason I chose to establish ‘Source of All Magic’ is to correct this mistake!”

Lis paused for a moment, continuing:

“In the Source of All Magic, all extraordinary knowledge will be made public, with no restrictions whatsoever.”
