Swish, swish, swishâ!
Three beams of light materialized into three figures, their eyes curiously scanning him.
"Interesting. Truly interesting."
"This is the first time Iâve ever seen someone like you treat us with such disregard."
The one speaking was clearly a Shadowkin warrior.
"Knowing we were coming, any ordinary person wouldnât even have time to dodge. But he didnât move at all... is he looking down on us?"
The speaker, a human-looking warrior, had a style completely different from Danielâs. His entire body was covered in intricate totems.
The last figure was a Woodfolk.
From his appearance, it was evident he was an ape-like being. His face twisted in a savage grin as he slowly approached Daniel.
"Itâs been a long time since Iâve seen such a brazen prodigy..."
He raised his head and bared his teeth. "If you can withstand three of my strikes, Iâll spare your life!"
Daniel let out a cold laugh.
Swish, swish, swishâ!
His ninety-nine clones suddenly scattered in all directions in a desperate escape.
This was all within the expectations of the three supreme-grade warriors.
A supreme-grade could easily crush a legendary-grade, and to them, Daniel not fleeing would have been madness.
Yet Danielâs speed far exceeded their expectationsâit was almost on par with a typical supreme-grade warrior.
Moreover, every single one of his clones was identical in appearance, leaving them unable to distinguish the real Daniel from his illusions.
"This kid values his life quite a lot."
The Shadowkin warrior chuckled lightly.
The human warrior shook his head. "These little tricks are meaningless."
The two stood still, as if they were merely spectators.
But Kiroli of the Woodfolk tensed suddenly.
He ripped open a rift in the void that stretched over a hundred thousand miles!
A nearly solid arm, spanning tens of thousands of meters, emerged from the rift. Its five fingers blotted out the sky as it swung toward all of Danielâs clones.
Even with his blinding top-tier speed, Daniel could only move ten thousand miles per heartbeat.
Yet the ape armâs coverage spanned a staggering one hundred thousand miles!
"Legendary-grade warriors without Divinity... how could they possibly contend with a supreme-grade opponent?"
The human warrior laughed easily.
The Shadowkin warrior observed with interest. "Indeed, the gap between legendary-grade and supreme-grade is as vast as heaven and earth."
"The key difference is that we possess Divinity, while legendary-grade warriors do not. Kiroliâs Divinity, however, is not specialized in trackingâit excels in direct combat."
On the other side, Daniel manipulated the movements of his clones using mind power.
He had already clearly sensed the spatial anomaly, particularly the oppressive force that weighed heavily on his chest, making it hard to breathe.
[Ding! You are now within the Divinity of supreme-grade warrior Kiroli!]
Divinity!
Danielâs expression changed dramatically.
He knew little about supreme-grade warriors, but he was not entirely ignorant.
In his previous lives, he had reached the pinnacle of legendary-grade, touching the threshold of Divinity.
Only a legendary-grade warrior with Divinity could step into supreme-grade.
Of course, this was after the fusion of game and reality.
Otherwise, in the game alone, merely leveling up repeatedly could eventually make one supreme-grade, without needing to breakthrough on oneâs own.
Divinity also required the support of Immortal Singularity to maintain.
The "Ultimate Assassin" title Daniel had previously obtained was essentially a minor form of Divinity.
Within a specific area, it granted overwhelming advantages, drastically weakening enemies.
But compared to true Divinity, it was like a firefly against the full moonâinsignificant.
At that moment, he suddenly sensed a dangerous aura!
Without hesitation, he cast his newly learned forbidden spell: "Divine Protection!"
Swish, swishâ!
Several of his clones halted abruptly, their bodies instantly coated in dazzling golden light.
Kiroliâs massive hand descended with a roar, snatching those clones into his palm.
Yet several other clones were still fleeing desperately!
Kiroli snarled in rage.
"Damn it! This kid is cunning! You two arenât just spectatorsâhelp me catch him!"
The Shadowkin and human warriors exchanged glances, both showing surprise.
Kiroliâs prowess among supreme-grade warriors was considerable, yet he still couldnât capture this kid?
Their expressions turned serious. In an instant, they transformed into streaks of light and pursued Danielâs remaining clones.
Kiroli stared at the clones within his Divinity, frustrated.
"Divine Protection!?"
"Damn, what connection does this kid have with the Godkin..."
He could not break through this invincible buff, but he couldnât afford to let the clones go.
If the real Daniel was hidden among them, he would be laughed at.
Gritting his teeth, he opened his massive maw wideâstretching over a thousand metersâand swallowed those clones whole.
Then he unleashed his mind power, covering a hundred thousand miles, and pursued with streaks of light.
Daniel did not dare slow down.
[Ding! You consumed Immortal Singularity!]
Boom!
His speed surged explosively, generating a deafening sonic boom.
The effects of Immortal Singularity were miraculousârevival and regeneration were just basic applications.
It could infinitely boost attack power, stack layers of defense, maximize weapon and armor potency, and naturally, enhance speed to lightning-fast levels.
Now, Daniel was using Immortal Singularity purely for acceleration, leaving the three supreme-grade warriors dumbfounded.
Such wastefulness of a rare resource was unheard of, even for them.
But Daniel had no time for hesitation.
At that moment, an idea for escape flashed in his mindâCloudcrest Peak!
That mountain was the closest and contained a unique suppressive powerâit was his only chance to shake off his pursuers.
He commanded the remaining clones and sped toward Cloudcrest Peak.
Within a few breaths, the majestic peak loomed in the distance.
"Faster, faster!"
[Ding! You consumed Immortal Singularity!]
[Ding! You consumed Immortal Singularity!]
He frantically pushed his speed to the limit, leaving the three supreme-grade warriors stunned.
"Damn it, how much Immortal Singularity has this kid stockpiled?"
"He isnât even legendary-gradeâwhere is all this divinity coming from?"
"No, heâs trying to reach Cloudcrest Peak!"
Cloudcrest Peakâa sacred place in the boundless galaxy where countless prodigies proved themselves.
Legend said only those who reached the summit were worthy of the title "Unrivaled of Their Generation."
The three supreme-grade warriors immediately panicked.
"No, we canât let him reach it, or itâll be a disaster!"
"Cloudcrest Peak has special restrictions; any warrior stepping in has their power suppressed."
"The weaker your strength, the lighter the suppression; the stronger you are, the heavier the suppression."
"Back in the day, we couldnât even hold out halfway up. Didnât expect weâd face this again today."
"That damned brat! If I catch him, Iâll make him pay!"
