Chen Changsheng smiled warmly and then turned his gaze toward the lake.

The Old Dragon King suddenly lost interest in the Mortal World beauties before him; he told the Pleasure Boat’s madam to clear them all away.

The place quieted down immediately.

The Old Dragon King stood up, walked to Chen Changsheng’s side, and sat down cross-legged.

He looked at the swimming fish in the lake and asked, “When does Mr. Chen think a fish might bite?”

“That’s hard to say.”

Chen Changsheng smiled and said, “If it chooses to come up, it might happen next moment.”

The Old Dragon King kept him company as he waited. Truly, if anyone else was doing such boring things, he wouldn’t have sat even half a moment.

“By the way, just what did Mr. Chen gift Ying En?”

Hearing this, Chen Changsheng smiled and said, “It relates to the Path of Divine Incense; Dragon Lord might as well guess it.”

The Old Dragon King thought for a bit, then said, “Actually, even early on, I felt something was off about the incense path. “Mr. Chen must have seen the other uses of the incense path, right?”

Chen Changsheng said, “Dragon Lord guessed it right on.”

The Old Dragon King muttered and asked, “But does this incense path have any use for me?”

Chen Changsheng shook his head and said, “For the current you, its use is small.”

“It doesn’t suit me?”

“Exactly.”

Chen Changsheng nodded and said, “Only the Dragon Princess going down this path is the right fit.”

The Old Dragon King pondered carefully and said, “It’s unusual…”

“If the matter of the Path of Divine Incense spreads, I fear big trouble will stir; no wonder you were avoiding talking about it.”

Chen Changsheng sipped a bit of tea and said, “This method won’t be widely spread.”

“Might it be a bit troublesome?” asked the Old Dragon King.

Chen Changsheng smiled and said, “Incense comes from outside inward; others can’t see it, so you can relax.”

The Old Dragon King also sighed with relief and said, “I have just this one daughter; I hurt for her deeply.”

Chen Changsheng saw ripples on the lake surface; after waiting a bit longer, he lifted his rod.

The Old Dragon King also focused his gaze.

But he saw that when the rod was halfway up, it lost grip, and that little fish got away.

“It escaped…” Chen Changsheng muttered.

Seeing this, the Old Dragon King laughed without hiding it, saying, “You’re not that great.”

Chen Changsheng smiled and said, “Why not let Dragon Lord give it a try.”

“I won’t lose for sure, haha…”

The Old Dragon King took the fishing rod and sat down.

He thought he wouldn’t lose to Chen Changsheng in such matters.

At first, the Old Dragon King was full of confidence.

But when he sat there for nearly half an hour, for some reason, he started to get annoyed.

“This fish is really rude.”

The Old Dragon King snorted lightly; his hand under his sleeve drew a strand of Golden Light about to go into the lake.

Chen Changsheng saw this, raised his hand with a flick, and that strand of Golden Light fell into his grasp.

“Hey, how can you cheat?”

Chen Changsheng showed the Golden Light in his hand, looking at the Old Dragon King with a bright smile.

The Old Dragon King flushed red instantly; he coughed once and then fished obediently.

About another few moments later.

The Old Dragon King blinked and said, “It must be this lake that’s the problem.”

Chen Changsheng asked, “What problem?”

The Old Dragon King said in a calm tone, “Right now, I don’t know yet; when I turn this lake over, I’ll find out.”

Chen Changsheng paused in surprise.

Right after that, the lake’s Pleasure Boat suddenly shook.

The lake water seemed to have flipped upside down; right under everyone’s gaze, it flowed up into the sky.

“What happened?”

“Madam! What happened?”

“Ah!”

People in the Pleasure Boat looked panicked, not understanding what was going on; the rocking made it hard for them to stand steady; screams of many women echoed through the whole Pleasure Boat; in an instant, chaos erupted.

Chen Changsheng steadied himself and looked up.

His eyes met the scene: lake water kept flowing backward into the sky, and the lake’s swimming fish floated in the air along with the water.

In that brief moment, it was as if Heaven and Earth had reversed.

Raising a hand, he turned this big lake over.

Chen Changsheng sighed helplessly; then he saw the Old Dragon King cast out the rod.

“Come!”

The fishhook landed in the water in the sky; with a quick tug, it hooked onto a big fish, and the Old Dragon King pulled it out forcibly.

That was likely the biggest fish in this lake.

“Thump.”

A huge Green Fish dropped down, caught in one hand by the Old Dragon King.

The Old Dragon King laughed loudly and said, “What does Mr. Chen think?”

Seeing this, Chen Changsheng could only sigh helplessly; with a hand on his forehead, he praised, “Dragon Lord is truly amazing; I admire you.”

It was truly shameless!

Accompanied by a loud laugh, the water suspended in the sky poured down like a heavenly river breaking its banks.

“Splash, splash…”

The lake filled up again, but much water washed onto the shore; luckily, no major trouble came.

But this scene was witnessed by many people.

Immediately, all people from the Pleasure Boat scattered; not even the madam or the girls dared to stay on it anymore.

Now, the whole Pleasure Boat had only Chen Changsheng and the Old Dragon King left.

That huge Green Fish flopped around, struggling to get back into the water.

The Old Dragon King glanced and said, “This fish is probably old; I said I’d catch it for Mr. Chen to have a good meal.”

Chen Changsheng looked at the Green Fish.

Its mouth opened and closed; its two eyes stared at Chen Changsheng as if begging.

Chen Changsheng said, “This Green Fish might already have a bit of wit; given another hundred years or so, it might be able to transform into a human form and become a monster.”

The Old Dragon King looked and then said, “That’s exactly true.”

“Huh, this Green Fish seems to be Cultivating with Mortal World passions; if it transforms into a monster, it’ll likely go astray.”

Chen Changsheng thought for a bit and said, “It hasn’t gone astray yet and can still change; better to give it a chance.”

Saying this, Chen Changsheng reached out and tapped between the Green Fish’s brows.

Chen Changsheng said, “I have placed a sword command in your Sea of Consciousness; if you ever do evil deeds in the future, then don’t blame me.”

The Green Fish seemed to understand; its mouth opened and closed as if thanking him.

The Old Dragon King then kicked it with a foot; the Green Fish fell into the lake, splashing a lot of water, and in a blink, it vanished to the lake bottom.

“It ran away pretty fast.”
