After an unknown amount of time had passed, everything finally settled, returning to a state of calm.
However, the vast forest that originally stood here had completely disappeared, replaced by a desolate wasteland full of devastation.
Due to the influence of [Azure], the area was riddled with pits and gullies where the earth had been forcibly torn and absorbed, with varying sizes and shapes. On top of that, when [Azure] was dispelled, large shards of fragmented rocks and sand had fallen from the sky, subjecting the area to indiscriminate physical bombardment. Aside from the various pit ruins, heaps of rocks, both large and small, were scattered everywhere, making it look like a chaotic stone forest.
As the dust dispersed, Reiger descended from the sky, landing on the ground.
"Thud..."
In front of him, a figure seemed to be drawn by an invisible force, crashing heavily onto the ground.
This person was naturally the last remaining abyss follower from the Dark Relief Center, spared from death by Reigerâthe scythe woman.
"Ugh..."
The scythe woman lay before Reiger, appearing exhausted, as if she had run out of strength. Her face was pale to the point of being frightening, making one feel as though she could breathe her last at any moment.
Her body moved slightly, seemingly trying to struggle to her feet, but failed.
Clearly, in her desperate escape from [Azure]âs gravitational pull, she paid a hefty price.
"My lord!"
Reiger quietly watched this abyss follower from the Dark Relief Center without speaking, when suddenly a voice came from overhead.
The Saintess of Sagelros sat on the back of a white jade dog, and once the dog had flown down to Reigerâs side, she cautiously jumped down. As the jade dog turned into a shadow and disappeared, she quickly ran to Reigerâs side.
"My lord, are you alright?"
Beluti scanned Reiger up and down with her lively eyes, then breathed a sigh of relief.
Although she was a goddess priestess without the strength to confine a chicken, Belutiâs proficiency in healing magic and recovery magic was quite high, so even before Reiger could answer, she was able to determine with her own eyes that Reiger hadnât been harmed at all.
She didnât see any signs of fatigue or depletion on Reiger from the aftermath of battle; even his Magic Power remained so full, so abundant, as if the earth-shattering battle earlier hadnât managed to drain even a bit of his strength, leaving him composed and calm.
The fact was indeed so.
"Of course, Iâm fine." Reiger shook his head, momentarily ignoring the scythe woman, and like Beluti before, he scanned her over, asking, "What about you? Youâre alright?"
"Of course, Iâm fine." Beluti nodded vigorously, smiling at Reiger gratefully, "Thanks to you, my lord, for protecting me even in such dire situations."
Thinking about it, it was quite incredible; not only did the recent battle not seem to affect Reiger at all, but he even had the strength to spare to protect her, which made Beluti more and more astonished and delighted by Reigerâs impressive power.
"Itâs nothing really."
Reiger didnât think much of it.
If he couldnât protect Beluti, he would have already sent this Saintess away with [Unjust Game].
Precisely because he felt it would be easy to protect Beluti even under such circumstances, he kept her with him.
Of course, it was the jade dog who protected Beluti later, making it easy for Reiger without needing to divide his attention.
"Did you intentionally spare her?"
After thanking Reiger, Beluti glanced at the weak, powerless scythe woman lying on the ground and softly asked a question.
"Yes."
Reiger nodded and didnât elaborate much, instead looking towards the scythe woman.
After a moment of thought, Reiger reached his hand toward the scythe woman and cast a spell.
"[Magic Without Incantation·Diya Flatel]."
Suddenly, a pure white magic array unfolded beneath the scythe woman, causing white luminous particles to float out and merge into the scythe womanâs body.
"What is this...?"
Seeing this, Belutiâs eyes flashed with a trace of surprise.
She could tell this was a very high-level magic and one focused on healing and recovery, with presumably quite potent effects.
Beluti herself had mastered some high-level healing and recovery magic, but she hadnât expected someone as strong as Reiger would also learn such magic.
Generally speaking, those with strong combat capability, even if they possess the ability to learn such magic, usually donât divert their attention to study it, thus those mastering such magic are either clerics of the church or professional support personnel.
Who wouldâve thought that someone like Reiger, a savior, had mastered healing and recovery magic, especially at such a high level, which genuinely surprised Beluti.
Yet after the shock, Beluti felt a burst of inexplicable joy.
For some reason, seeing Reiger able to use recovery and healing magic made her quite happy.
Unfortunately, Reiger used [Diya Flatel] not to heal the scythe woman completely, but merely to free her from her weakened state so she could speak.
[Diya Flatel], as the highest leveled healing magic of the [Battlefield Saintess] Amide Teysanare, could not only heal wounds but also restore stamina, expel toxins, remove curses, enable group healing, and offer sustained effects. It could also separate these three effectsârecovery, detoxification, and curse removalâto be used individually based on the situation, making it quite versatile and universal.
