Mutually wary of each other, Ji Yuan and Chu Mingcai had one though simultaneously flash through their minds: ‘Who is this person!?’

人身 (rénshēn): person/human body, 自 (zì): oneself, 灵 (líng): spirit/alert. This could refer to people with special destinies or particular talent in cultivation, but I believe it refers to the god possessing the individual to give insight. The wording is a bit unclear.
