After Wang Chunshi left, the remaining people exchanged glances.

Scratching his head, Lan Yao asked, "Gu Sheng, what should we do now? Stay or not?"

Upon hearing this, Gu Sheng smirked.

"Since there’s an opportunity, naturally, we should stay."

"But he said we can’t take anything from Kunming Mountain, so doesn’t that mean we can’t take the Xuan Iron?"

"Now that he’s allowed us to stay, he’s already compromised; who knows about the next steps?"

Looking at Gu Sheng’s smiling demeanor, everyone nodded thoughtfully.

"Indeed, staying is better than being driven away."

After Bai Yu spoke, everyone agreed.

Gu Sheng led the group out the door and randomly asked someone, "Excuse me, where should we settle down?"

"Did my master agree for you to settle here?"

"Yes."

Knowing why he was upset, Gu Sheng didn’t say much but pursed his lips gently.

After he left, Gu Sheng turned to the others and said, "He’s right, Kunming Mountain is vast, if we carefully search, there’s bound to be a place for us to settle."

"Brother Sheng, are we still camping in the wild?"

"Yes, the opportunity is rare, as long as we can stay, it’s fine. Let’s go, and find a suitable spot."

Gu Sheng led the group off, many people secretly glanced their way, but no one stopped them.

With Wang Chunshi’s permission, they didn’t camp at the foot of the mountain but chose a location on the hillside.

Looking at the spacious cave, Gu Sheng nodded in satisfaction.

"This is a nice spot to settle; let’s stay here. Lan Yao, go find some wild game so we can eat."

"Alright, I’ll go now."

As Lan Yao left, Huang Shan also led people to follow.

Just as Gu Sheng was about to sit down, Hong Mei pulled him aside.

"Hold on, since we’re staying here for several nights, it’s better to set up properly. Go find some dry grass."

"Fine."

When Gu Sheng spoke with a hint of grievance, everyone was amused.

The group searched around, gathering lots of dry grass, Hong Mei spread them all out, ensuring comfort before nodding in approval.

"That’s enough, use the rest for fire."

Approvingly, everyone was finally able to sit and rest.

Sitting on the soft grass, Bai Yu laughed and said, "There truly needs to be a woman in the team, see how comfortable we are now; without Hong Mei, we men would have struggled for days."

"You’re right, you’re absolutely right. Brother Sheng and I have been out for a long time, camped in the wild many times, but rarely this comfortably."

Saying this, Shi Lou simply lay down on the dry grass in ease.

"I think I did, hidden among the wild beasts’ aura, vague and unclear. However, there are indeed many wild beasts on this mountain. We could stay here for years and have enough to eat, I don’t understand how the Kunming Sect can let them roam freely."
