When Yuan stepped out of the bathroom, he immediately noticed a powerful change. Kitsura had broken through to the First Level of the Spirit Warrior Realm, while Vrashaâs aura surged all the way to the peak of the Spirit Warrior Realm.
âIncredible! Their talent for cultivation is astonishing! With this, Vrasha will have no trouble facing the Dragon Blood Tribe in battle!â Yuan thought inwardly, his lips curving into a proud, satisfied smile.
"You two can use the bathroom now," Yuan said warmly as he dressed in a fresh set of clothes.
Both Kitsura and Vrasha nodded, returning his smile before heading inside. Each of them wore a satisfied grin, but not without flashing him one last seductive look that made his heart stir.
Some time later, Yuan reminded Vrasha about the looming war. He informed her that her tribe had already begun marching toward Dragon Blood Tribe territory.
With his Spirit Lord cultivation, his Divine Sense was vast enough to cover nearly one-third of the entire continent if he exerted himself. And since the Ogre Tribe was close to the Elven Kingdom, he needed only a fraction of that power to observe their movements clearly.
"I see...so theyâve already started their march..." Vrasha muttered softly, surprise flickering across her face.
"Vrasha, shouldnât we also head out?" Mireya asked curiously, tilting her head slightly. "The Crimsonfang Peak isnât far, and your tribe will probably reach it before sunset."
"We should leave without delay. I want to be the one who brings Kaelrath down with my own hands..." Vrasha replied coldly, a dangerous grin tugging at her lips, her gaze gleaming with murderous intent.
"Vrasha, thereâs no need to burn your anger now," Anna Grace said gently, her soft smile carrying a calming presence. "Save it all for the battlefield. And besides, thereâs no reason to rush."
With a playful grin, she added, "Did you already forget how quickly you arrived here with my darling? With our speed, weâll catch up to your warriors in no time."
Vrashaâs cheeks flushed, and she nodded shyly. "I...completely forgot about that..."
"Hehe~," Emma chuckled softly, her eyes glinting with amusement. "Since most of us can fly, the only ones whoâll need carrying are you, Kitsura, Grandma Angela, and Lady Vanessa."
"Even so, weâll still arrive at the Dragon Blood Tribeâs territory before your people do. So, thereâs no need to worry about being late," Emma explained with a gentle smile.
Vrasha exhaled in relief and nodded back with a smile. "Alright..."
She felt reassured knowing she would reach Crimsonfang Peak before her tribe even arrived.
A short while later, Mireya personally informed the Elven Council that she would be leaving the kingdom for some time, as she had something very personal to attend to.
The Council was surprised by this sudden announcement, but none of them dared to press her with questions. After all, their Queen was free to act as she pleased. Still, many had their own guesses about where she might be going.
They kept their silence until Mireya finally left the council chamber.
"Where do you think our Queen intends to go? Does anyone have any idea?" asked one of the newer council members, his brows furrowed with curiosity.
"I donât know for certain," another replied with a small sigh, "but judging by the look on her face, it seems sheâs going to handle something extremely important."
"Has anyone heard about the war brewing between the Ogre Tribe and the Dragon Blood Tribe?" Elder Camilla suddenly spoke up, her sharp eyes narrowing at the gathered council members.
"Iâve heard some rumors," a councilor admitted calmly. "They say the Ogres are determined to destroy the Dragon Blood Tribe once and for all. Their grudge runs deep, so Iâm not surprised."
"Indeed," another added with a firm nod. "But the Dragon Blood Tribe is just as determined to annihilate the Ogres. This conflict will be nothing short of brutal."
"Not only the Ogres," someone muttered coldly, "even we elves carry our own grudges against those arrogant beasts. It wasnât long ago they caused such chaos within our kingdom."
The council chamber grew tense with the weight of those words.
"What exactly are you suggesting, Elder Camilla?" one of the younger members asked, giving her a sharp, curious look.
Camilla chuckled knowingly, her lips curving into a sly grin. "You youngsters are too blind to see the obvious. If my guess is right, Her Majesty is going to the war. And sheâll stand with the Ogres to bring Kaelrath down."
Gasps filled the room as the councilors exchanged looks of disbelief.
Camilla leaned forward, her voice steady and sharp. "Do not forgetâthere is an Ogre living in the Royal Palace, one whom Her Majesty openly acknowledges as her sister. Our Queen will not sit idly by. She will fight alongside Vrasha to crush Kaelrath and the Dragon Blood Tribe."
The council members were left dumbfounded by Elder Camillaâs declaration, staring at her with wide eyes, utterly shocked.
Meanwhile, Yuan and his wives were ready to depart for the battleground. Mireya and Vrasha both looked calm on the surface, yet inside they carried a quiet storm of excitement and anticipation.
Vrasha clenched her fists, a strange grin curling across her lips. With her newfound strength and power, she was more confident than ever that she could crush Kaelrath with ease.
Yuan noticed the look on her face and chuckled softly. He stepped behind her, wrapped his arms around her waist, and pulled her into his embrace.
"Before we head out, I have something that will help you defeat Kaelrath with even greater ease," Yuan whispered softly into her ear, his warm breath sending a shiver down her spine.
Vrasha turned her head toward him, her eyes filled with curiosity and anticipation. "What is it?" she asked.
Instead of answering right away, Yuan kissed her gently on the cheek before releasing her from his embrace. Then, with a wave of his hand, he pulled out a massive sword from his system storage.
<Blazing Inferno Sword>
<Grade: Ancient>
<Quality: Peak>
<Description: A sword crafted by a mysterious blacksmith during his travels around the world. Its gleaming red blade resembles a volcano overflowing with molten lava, bringing destruction with every strike.>
Yuan held the sword firmly, the radiant glow of the blade reflecting in his eyes as he smiled at Vrasha. "This is the Blazing Inferno Swordâa peak Ancient Grade weapon crafted for cultivators like us."
"The weapon youâve been using up until now is useless. If you were to channel your Qi into it, the blade would crumble instantly. Itâs not a Spirit Sword, so it canât withstand Qi."
He extended the sword toward her and continued, "From this moment, youâll wield this sword instead of your old one. Itâs a very powerful weapon, so be careful with how you use it. For now, you donât need a sword technique to defeat Kaelrathâyou can simply unleash your power through it however you want."
Vrashaâs eyes widened in awe as she took the sword into her hands. "This sword...itâs almost the same size as my old one. And itâs so beautiful..." she whispered, completely mesmerized by its fiery red glow.
The blade was unlike anything she had ever seen before. The metal didnât even look like metalâit resembled molten lava frozen in time, radiating waves of scorching heat. The moment she grasped the hilt, she felt the burning warmth travel into her palm, her heart racing with excitement.
However, the heat wasnât damaging her hand at all. Instead, it felt like she was holding something comfortably warm, almost soothing, as though the weapon itself was welcoming her. Yet at the same time, she could sense the immense power that slumbered within the blade, waiting to be unleashed.
"Thanks, Hubby." Vrasha chuckled happily, placing the sword on the table before immediately leaning forward and kissing Yuan with affection.
Once the kiss ended, Yuan smiled at her and, without hesitation, pulled out two spatial ringsâone for Vrasha and one for Kitsura. He hadnât given them spatial rings yet, and he felt this was the perfect moment to do so.
With a gentle smile, he carefully explained the function of the spatial rings before slipping them onto their slender fingers. Both Kitsura and Vrasha were thrilled, their eyes sparkling with excitement. To them, it was something magical and utterly astonishing.
They eagerly tested the rings right away, placing a few items inside as Yuan had instructed. To their surprise, everything vanished instantly into the storage space, and when they pulled the items back out, their astonishment grew even further.
When using magic pouches before, they could still faintly feel the weight of the contentsânever fully but enough to notice. However, with the spatial rings, there was no sensation of weight at all. It felt as though they were wearing nothing more than ordinary jewelry, not holding treasures that could store vast amounts of goods so effortlessly.
Overjoyed, Vrasha placed her newly acquired sword inside her spatial ring, her grin widening. With this treasure, she no longer needed to carry a weapon on her back. Now she could summon her blade instantly with a mere thought. It also gave her an advantage, as no one would suspect her of concealing such a deadly weapon within a simple-looking ring.
A short while later, Yuan and his wives gathered at the backyard of the Royal Palace, ready to depart for the battlefield. Yuan decided to carry Vrasha with him on his flying sword, while Anna Grace carried Angela, and Valeria carried Vanessa. Together, they soared into the skies with swift elegance, heading straight toward the Crimsonfang Peak.
â
Inside the Crimsonfang Peak, Kaelrath sat upon his throneâan opulent seat forged from pure gold and adorned with countless rare gemstones. He sipped his wine leisurely, his gaze calm, almost bored.
But suddenly, the heavy doors of the Dragon Temple swung open, and a man rushed inside with urgency painted all over his face. Kaelrathâs relaxed expression hardened instantly, his brows furrowing as he glared at the intruder.
"My Lord! Something very serious has happened!" the man shouted, his voice echoing across the temple. "Just now, we received word that a massive number of Ogres are marching this wayâfully armed and prepared for war!"
Kaelrath froze for a moment, staring at him blankly as the words sank in. Then, his calm shattered into disbelief, his features twisting in rage.
"W-What did you just say?!" he roared, leaping from his throne with enough force that the golden seat rattled. "The Ogres... are marching toward âmyâ territory?!"
His eyes burned with fury as his voice thundered through the hall.
"Tell everyone to prepare for battleâimmediately! We donât have a single moment to waste!"
