He studied Xinghe and said, âSince you are an Academy S Mathematics Faculty graduate, Iâm sure the question 1 will ask is something youâve learnt in class before. So, 1 hope youâve retained most of your academic knowledge.â
âPlease,â Xinghe opened her mouth to say, as if she didnât care what kind of question he was going to pose.
Professor Chen was rather irked by Xingheâs braggadocio so he thought to teach her a lesson in humility.

Two of the lesser-experienced engineers in the crowd were already confused by the question.

âNot solvable within two hours,â Professor Wong said suddenly. There was a bitter taste in his mouth from having been dragged away from his work to attend a frivolity like this. He grunted impatiently, âThat is if she doesnât give up first.. Iâm heading back to my lab, come and get me if and when sheâs done with this!â
