Chapter 1304: Chapter 728: On the Run! (Part 2)
No wonder Chen Yu had ambition and began plotting against the Central Plains; it turns out he had solid backing.
At this moment, the Exorcist King Kong dominated, suppressing the Great Elder at every turn, its three heads and six arms attacking like a tempestuous storm.
Suddenly, the Great Elder slashed down with his blade, but the Exorcist King Kong brought its four palms together, trapping the Black Knife within!
The next second, the extra two legs and two arms of the Exorcist King Kong attacked simultaneously. With three heads, six arms, and four legs, it was like using hacks to fight three people at once!
No wonder the Chen Clanâs artists loved depicting all the gods in the sky, because these sky gods had cheats!
Moreover, Chen Yu himself was on the floating ship and could fight using paintings without being restricted by the Taboo Landâs rules.
The other side had figured all this out, which is why they deployed Chenâs Second Fleet.
In an instant!
The Great Elder, holding the knife with both hands, was unexpectedly kicked away by the Exorcist King Kong, leaving the Black Knife in its four palms!
Zard: âItâs over, BBQâed.â
Qing Chen: âDamnâŠâ
The Exorcist King Kong was tough enough to handle with the Demon-Subduing Pestle, and now with the Black Knife in its hands, wouldnât it just cut down whoever?
Who wouldnât be bewildered seeing this?
âRescue!â Qing Chen roared, âZard, protect the Great Elder and Master!â
Zard had already seeped into the ground like quicksand, and the Exorcist King Kong swung the Black Knife towards the Great Elder.
But this time its speed wasnât that fast, for at its feet, the hard ground had all turned into soft sand, causing its massive body to sink continuously.
It had to struggle hard to barely maintain its speed.
The key issue was that the Exorcist King Kong had no way to handle the quicksand spanning a hundred meters radius; slashing with a knife was useless.
Qing Chen thought that it was certainly not possible to kill Chen Yu this time, and if he fought Chen Yu again, he must be wary of his fire-type gods and Buddhas to counter Zard!
âYiyi, save them!â Qing Chen said, firing his gun for cover. He didnât even attempt to shoot at the Exorcist King Kong, for even on soft sand, it wasnât something he could casually aim at.
Qing Chen aimed directly in front of the Great Elder, using ordinary bullets to tear out a line of fire to stop the Exorcist King Kong from taking the opportunity to kill.
However, the Exorcist King Kong simply didnât care, letting the sniper bullets hit it, bouncing off the Mingguang Armor.
Qing Chen dared not use the last bit of Thunder power, as he still needed to guard against the Chen Clanâs Air Fleet releasing drones.
A whole fleet might have tens of thousands of drones, and without Electromagnetic Pulse capability, everyone would be dead the same.
Some trump cards, when not used, are actually better than using them.
At this moment, Qin Yiyi had arrived; she was dragging the Great Elderâs immobile right leg, trying to pull him away.
The Great Elder just felt a cold chill on his scalp; the Black Knife had slashed at the ground just one centimeter away from his head.
The slash frightened him, giving him shivers throughout his body; had Qin Yiyi been a second, even 0.1 seconds slower, he would have died here today!
The Exorcist King Kong continued to pursue, trudging across the soft sand, slashing towards the Great Elder and Qin Yiyi.
âRun, donât worry about me,â the Great Elder was anxious, âYouâre only B-Class; dragging me, you canât outrun it!â
âI wonât! If we die, we die together!â Qin Yiyi stubbornly said.
The Great Elder saw Xiao Yiyiâs determined expression, and suddenly felt his care for this little troublemaker was not in vain; ultimately, it was rewardingâŠ
Qing Chen suddenly shouted: âDa Yu! My friend Da Yu, where are you?!â
On the treetop, Da Yu replied irritably, âCan you not think of me when fighting a demigod?!â
âThatâs not possible,â Qing Chen laughed as he fired his gun, âWe are friends, arenât we? Quickly make a move, letâs help the Great Elder. If we donât kill this Exorcist King Kong, and let it hunt and take everyone down one by one, everyone will die.â
Da Yu, sitting on the treetop, said leisurely, âThe ones to die are you; I wonât die.â
Qing Chen shouted, âIf Zard dies, Xiao Yu might cry for seven days and nights!â
Da Yu was silent for a few seconds, then suddenly tore a backpack from his palm, which was filled with Little Jumping Frogs, each leaping towards the Exorcist King Kong for battle.
âNot enough,â Qing Chen said, âLetâs tear away the mask; on behalf of the Chen Clanâs Family Head, declare war on the Chen Clanâs Demigod! Where are your paintings? Donât hold them back!â
Da Yu rolled his eyes, âYou donât understand, once I use paintings, he will surely guess my identity; there are only so many Chen Clan artists, and only I am not within his grasp of movements. This matter is far-reaching; stop inciting me here.â
As he spoke, Da Yu pulled out another backpack from his palm, it was the Yu Yan folded by Xiao Yu, also one of his trump cards at the bottom of his box.
In the next moment, the Yu Yan tore out of the backpack, instead of attacking the Exorcist King Kong, they headed straight towards the floating ship in the sky!
Hundreds of Yu Yan aimed at the floating shipâs power turbines, flying into the turbine engines like bullets.
âWuxiang!â
The folded Yu Yan suddenly changed from white to iron-blue, as if transforming from paper to iron; they flew through fire without burning, striking the turbines like steel.
The metallic clang resonated across the sky as the main power turbines of the A-Class Floating ship belched black smoke,
Wuxiang, it turns out, means changing the form of origami, allowing the Little Jumping Frogs to grow fangs, permitting Yu Yan to transform into a steel body!
This Wuxiang should be the second-tier state of a Taboo.
