In truth, Nen abilities can be transmitted.
According to the game's settings, the powers across all servers were interoperableâaside from a few that required specific conditions.
For example, chakra required a chakra seed in order to be refined.
But powers like Nen, spiritual pressure, Haki, magic, and the like could all be mutually transmitted.
Of course, this "interoperability" and "transmission" applied to NPCs.
Players were a different story.
Once you changed classes, you could only use that class's power system. If you wanted access to other powersâ
Pay up first.
This game, aside from its mechanics, demanded money everywhere.
Creating happiness with heart; no money, no fun.
That was the game's core philosophy.
If Hyuga Arin ever reached a level high enough that the entire ninja world posed no threat to him, he might consider spreading other power systems to raise the overall strength of the world.
That way, enemies would give more experience, and farming would be easier.
The only question was whether item drops would change.
But for now?
Forget it.
He was still a small fry. Trying to raise the level of the entire world was just absurd.
So [Skill Hunter] was effectively a trash skillâdestined to gather dust in his inventory.
Chrollo Lucilfer would be crying in the bathroom.
The [Nen Armor] and [Nen Boots] belonged to the Nen set.
"I'm just missing one more piece to complete the Nen set."
Unlike the Mountain Thief set, the Nen set didn't have many piecesâonly four in total:
Weapon, armor, mobility boots, and accessory.
He was missing just the accessory.
This set could comfortably carry him until at least level 60.
"As for what comes next⊠Hunter sets, Chimera Ant setsâŠ"
The former focused on offense, the latter on defense.
Among ninja equipment, the closest equivalent to the Nen set was the Ninja Set.
Above that came the Five Kage Sets. All Five Kage sets had roughly similar statsâthe difference lay in which attributes they emphasized, depending on player preference.
Beyond that, both Hunters and Ninjas had even higher-tier setsâtrue endgame gear.
Those were completely out of reach for Hyuga Arin right now.
Of course, pirates had sets too.
There were no strict class restrictions on equipment, but pirate sets mainly boosted stamina.
Hunter sets boosted energy.
Ninja sets enhanced attributes and added skill effects.
In Hyuga Arin's opinion, Hunter sets had the best overall cost-effectiveness.
Next were the truly critical items:
[Exorcist Skill Fragments] and [Nanika's Wish List Fragments].
He now had six Exorcist fragments and two Nanika fragments.
The former was something he had to grind out.
The latter was optional.
Finally, the [Greater Mana Potion].
A high-tier mana recovery consumable.
With Hyuga Arin's current mana pool, a single potion would instantly refill it to full.
These were usually used by players between level 30 and 50.
"Over-level farming really does have its perks," Hyuga Arin said, satisfied as he looked over the items.
In a proper game, at this stage he'd still be grinding mountain bandits honestly.
But monsters in the game respawned.
Here, they didn't.
At last, he turned his attention to his 40,000+ experience points.
"I've never fought such a wealthy battle," Hyuga Arin muttered, eyes burning.
But after scanning through his skill list, he realized something tragicâ
Other than Clone Technique, not a single skill could be maxed out.
And Clone Technique was something he'd barely ever used.
Not to mention, Shadow Clone Technique was strictly better.
"No. This time, I have to max out at least one skill."
He still had a god-tier skill for leveling abilities.
"Brainfeinâactivate!!"
In an instant, Hyuga Arin entered an ultra-clear state.
The dim room burst into vivid color.
His vision sharpened to the point where he could see tiny motes of dust in the air.
At this moment, he felt omniscient.
There was no time to savor it.
He immediately focused on Gentle Fist and Bear Pummeling Hand.
The former was his highest-level skill.
The latter was the one he used most frequently.
His thoughts accelerated.
Gentle Fist and Bear Pummeling Hand began to mergeâthen separateâthen recombine.
With deeper analysis of Gentle Fist, Eight Trigrams: One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms emerged in his mind, simultaneously pulling in Eight Trigrams Air Palm and Rotation.
The connections deepened.
Meanwhile, Bear Pummeling Hand continued to be dismantled and analyzed.
Suddenly, Hyuga Arin exhaled sharply.
All the chakra in his body was drained once again.
It felt like falling from a world of blinding light back into a pitch-black underground cellar.
The first thing he did wasn't check his skillsâ
It was stabilizing his mental state.
Brainfein was addictive.
Once you entered that state, you never wanted to leave it.
How could an intelligent person tolerate suddenly becoming dull?
How could a writer handle losing all inspiration after a burst of brilliance?
This kind of drop could drive people insane.
That was exactly why Hyuga Arin rarely used Brainfein.
That vividly colored world was far too tempting.
The feeling of absolute clarityâof grasping everythingâ
It was dangerous.
Suppressing the tremor in his heart with great effort, he finally checked his skill panel.
Unfortunatelyâ
Neither Gentle Fist nor Bear Pummeling Hand had leveled up.
Eight Trigrams Air Palm hadn't changed either.
Only Rotation had improved.

"As expected⊠that's all the accumulation I had. There's no way to push Gentle Fist further right now," Hyuga Arin sighed.
If he activated Brainfein several more times, he might be able to raise Gentle Fist's levelâ
But he immediately discarded that thought.
Using Brainfein once in a long while was fine.
Using it repeatedly risked being unable to pull himself out of that stateâ
And even affecting his normal life afterward.
That was absolutely unacceptable.
For now, Brainfein was sealed.
"Looks like upgrading skills will have to wait."
His gaze shifted to Clone Technique.
This was the only skill he could fully max out.
"âŠShould I try it?"
He hesitated.
A max-level skill gave an enormous boost.
A max-level Substitution Technique let him swap places almost like Amenotejikaraâthough only with chakra-infused weapons.
A max-level Transformation Technique was something he'd never used.
Its chakra consumption was extreme, and complex transformations lasted only a short time.
Without abundant chakra, he'd never touch it.
As for Brainfeinâits weakness wasn't chakra consumption, but that godlike state that could destabilize his mentality.
Even so, these skillsâdespite their flawsâwere massive power boosts.
"âŠI'll gamble."
Gritting his teeth, Hyuga Arin poured experience into Clone Technique.
Experience could always be earned again.
But testing out Technique potential?
That opportunity was now.
After allâhow could the Three Basic Techniques be complete without Clone Technique?
