Although it sounded a bit feminine, their son was born after his wife had nearly lost her life, so naturally, handing over the naming rights to Ah Yu was appropriate—accepting it was expected if the son were to be dutiful to his mother.

Ye Muyu was very pleased. To tell the truth, she had never raised such a small infant before.

As the couple spoke, there was movement at the door. Madam Liu came in holding Nuanbao, closely followed by an anxious Chu Ziluo and Chu Jin.

The two children rushed to the bedside. Chu Ziluo reached out to grasp Ye Muyu’s hand, her eyes red, “Mother, you finally woke up.”

As she spoke, large tears fell.

Chu Ziluo didn’t stop crying but instead plunged into her embrace, sobbing for a good while before she released her fears.
