“Teacher, do you think my parents are in danger?” asked Jiang Xuan. They were almost at Lang Xie City already. In less than half an hour, they would arrive in West Lang Xie. Jiang Xuan was growing more worried as they drew closer.

Lin Feng looked grave. He couldn’t be sure that people from Lang Xie City were safe under the Lei Sect’s occupation. He didn’t know what they were doing there. Did they kill people, or did they just oppress and imprison them?

“I know, so why couldn’t I go in?” Lin Feng smiled.

The guards all shook their heads. They just thought he was reckless.

“Alright, since you really want to go in, go ahead!” said the guard, smiling wryly. Since Lin Feng didn’t mind dying, why prevent him from going through? They wouldn’t feel guilty, as they had warned him.

The guards thus opened the way.
