<Boss Monster Variation Upgraded!>
<The Pay-to-Win Boss [Vice-General Class] ā The Pay-to-Win Boss [General Class]>
<Stat Calculations Readjusted!>
<Constitution to HP Ratio: 1 Constitution: 200 HP ā 1 Constitution: 400 HP>
<Intelligence to MP Ratio: 1 Intelligence: 200 MP ā 1 Intelligence: 400 MP>
<Strength to Attack Power Ratio: 1 Strength: 3 Attack Power ā 1 Strength: 4 Attack Power>
<Intelligence to Spell Power Ratio: 1 Intelligence: 3 Spell Power ā 1 Intelligence: 4 Spell Power>
Rael hummed in satisfaction as his damage increased significantlyāhis HP and MP even more so.
But there were still some things left to check.
For exampleā¦
<Boss Monster Passive: Adaptive Body: Each time you take damage from a skill, you build resistance to it. Repeated attacks become less effective.>
This was a rare one, and something he had only heard about from the people who fought level 500 and above boss monsters.
Since he was an innocent, pay-to-win boss, it was an amazing thing to have early on.
Now thereās only one thing left⦠Raelās gaze traveled to a certain set of popups.
<Premium Perk Selection ā Available!>
<You may choose a perk!>
Premium Fusion [Special-Unique]
āMerge two skills or two items into a new, unique versionācurrency required increases with rarity.
Premium Summon [Special-Unique]
āSummon any previously defeated monster, boss, or NPC by spending currency.
Premium Insight [Special-Unique]
āPay currency to reveal detailed information about any enemy, object, or hidden mechanic.
Great, Great, Meh, Rael noted.
However, he wasnāt blind.
Summons were cool and all, but skill fusion?
I would be a complete idiot if I didnāt take it. Rael snickered and selected the first perk.
<Perk Chosen! Premium Fusion [Special-Unique]>
And of course, Rael used it straight away.
<Premium Fusion Activated!>
<Choose the skills/items you wish to merge>
Thankfully, no skills were off-limits, and his items were fine too.
Therefore, he did a simple combo.
<Skills Selected: Fractured Prism (Uncommon) + Frostfire Tempest (Epic)>
<Cost: 53,853,000 Trell>
āā¦ā
If an epic skill, as well as an uncommon skill, cost that much, then he was a bit fucked with the higher ranked ones.
However, he noticed there was a skill lying aroundāone that he hadnāt upgraded in a while.
And by now, its effects had grown pretty nicely.
āBasic Weapon Mastery: [Level 34 | 907/2700] (Common)
Increases attack accuracy by 44% and damage by 83% for all weapons.
<Note: The user may purchase the (Rare) rank upgrade scroll>
<Cost: 100,000 Trell>
Since he hadnāt bought it yet, that also meant he could do something interesting.
<Skills Selected: Fireball (Common) + Basic Weapon Mastery (Common)>
<Cost: 69,428 Trell>
<Confirm? Yes/No>
Rael pressed āYesā in anticipation, and immediately, he saw the skills disappear from his status before seemingly floating into the Fusion screen.
He saw two orbs swirling around until finally they fused into one, floating back into his status screen.
But not before alerting him of the new skill.
<Premium Fusion Successful!>
<New Skill: Basic Flameforged Arts (Uncommon)>
Rael inspected it, excited.
āBasic Flameforged Arts (Uncommon) [Level 1 | 0/100]
Increases attack accuracy by 25% and damage by 30% for all weapons. If the weapon is infused with the Fire element, damage increases by 90% instead.
<Note: The user may buy an Uncommon ā Rare skill upgrade once the skill reaches level 50.>
It removed the long range Fireball completely, as well as reset the level.
However, he wasnāt unhappy, as now his Violin Blade attacks, if infused with Fire, would do so much more damage.
He was about to check his status screen again when he realized he was nearly falling off the cliff.
You son of a bitch⦠Rael jumped off the Hover Bike and grabbed it by its back end, making sure it didnāt float away into the water.
Note to self: if you get a cheap flying bike, expect the fucking autopilot to try to kill you, Rael grumbled, as he tinkered with the bike a little bit.
In the midst of his tinkering, Rael glanced toward the other side of the cliff, where, just barely, he could make out a faint golden light through the dense fog.
So thatās the lighthouse? Iām surprised itās still operating, Rael wondered, as he finally set up the navigation correctly and turned on Static mode.
Of course, he bought himself a 5-kilometer-long rope, as he assumed that was the rough distance to the other side.
Rael found a few sturdy rocks and tied the rope around them.
Oh, and for good measureā¦
ā¢āPremium Shopāā¢
Category: Explosives/Landmine
ā¢āBalance: 5,077,217 Trellāā¢
⢠Cute Landmine [Pink-Camo] (Common): 5,000 Trell
Rael bought 10 of these cute little landmines and placed them where the monsters could step.
Finally, he was finished, so he jumped back onto the Hover Bike and slowly began levitating toward the lighthouse.
It left solid ground and steadily levitated off the cliff.
Thank fuck for that⦠Actually, never mind. No jinxing cheap stuff, Rael thought, when all of a sudden, the fog, which had been pretty strong earlier, now grew even stronger, completely obscuring his vision.
Nonetheless, the Hover Bike surprisingly kept going forward, and from what he could tell, the rope was still tied tightly.
A shiver ran down Raelās spine. This is a sketchy adrenaline rush⦠Iām definitely taking the long way back.
<Warning: The Serpents can reach this height!>
The Serpents? Rael tilted his head before looking down.
As he did, two pairs of glowing green eyes, the size of massive boulders, greeted him.
Then, he saw a pillar of water shoot up in front of himāand suddenly, a blue serpent shot upward, its body traveling swiftly along the water pillar.
Fuck. Rael immediately took matters into his own hands as he grabbed hold of the Hover Bike and manually controlled the steering.
He swerved away from the water pillar, while at the same time catching a glimpse of the serpentās massive body.
And of course, he managed to inspect the massive sashimi.
But at the same time, he kind of wished heād stayed in the dark.
āSea Serpent (Commander Class Elite) [Level 268] [3,591,200,000/3,591,200,000]
Aha⦠Yep, Iām its fucking dinner, arenāt I?
