The dolphin-like creature was quite apprehensive about Jia Rong, because even though the creature in front of him seemed to only be at the Respect Level, its strength appeared not much weaker than his own.
What was even more terrifying was that he could sense an existence far stronger than himself in the starry sky, subtly suppressing him, as if daring him to make a move against the seemingly insignificant Earth man, which would lead to his utter destruction.
So he dared not make a move.
Moreover, Jia Rong seemed to have no intentions of attacking, so he followed Jia Rongâs conversation.
"Yes, I understand, all I know really is just armchair strategies on paper."
Jia Rong shook his head with a bitter smile.
What he said was true; Jia Rong had reached this point and finally realized that much of his work amounted to no more than theoretical strategies on paper, performing textbook work that any literate person could carry out.
Ridiculously, Jia Rong had thought he accomplished something incredible and often considered his efforts effective, but upon arriving in this Starfield, he discovered reality was not that simple.
"Haha, sir, whether what you know is just armchair strategies means nothing to us. Tell me, why have you come here?"
The dolphin creature gently shook his head.
"I want to say, Iâm truly your hostage, do you believe that? But Iâve changed my mind, I donât want to be a hostage anymore, I want to change your lives. Tell me, what do you want?"
Jia Rong signaled to the Stellar level existence watching like a tiger in the sky not to make a move, and quietly observed the dolphin creature before him.
The fact Jia Rongâs protector was a Stellar level entity was known only to Jia Rong himself and some high-ranking officials on the fleet. The Stellar level figure originally was one of the Strong Ones in the Biochemical Star Region, but after a great battle between the Biochemical Star Region and the Orion Arm, he joined the Orion Arm and now served as Jia Rongâs protector, showing how highly Jia Rong and the higher-ups valued him.
"Hmm? The young master doesnât want me to make a move?"
This Stellar level figure had been observing Jia Rongâs actions along the way; he knew some of Jia Rongâs affairs were completely muddled and lacked practical operation.
But he did not voice any objections, as facing a so-called âCrown Prince,â many things were only to be watched, not spoken about, because speaking might lead to potential trouble in the future.
The figures behind this Crown Prince included a Galaxy Level individual, so strong that even a breath could lead to the death of someone like himâan ordinary Stellar level. Naturally, he wouldnât interfere with this Crown Prince who might even affect Galaxy Level existences.
Now he found Jia Rong below suddenly admitting his mistakes after meeting this group of creatures and a former high-ranking Semi-permanent Star Level figure of the Empire.

This Stellar level Strong One nodded in satisfaction.
Jia Rong did not intend to capture this dolphin Strong One, but rather listened to many of his thoughts.
Indeed, you are experienced, and your Empire has ruled here for a long time. But for the death and injury you have caused in the semi-biochemical Star Region, I still cannot forgive; thus, I wonât invite you to be part of my management here. Can you understand my thoughts?"
Jia Rong said this after hearing the dolphin creatureâs speech.
"You donât need to invite me; even if you did, I wouldnât go. If I sought a high-level lifestyle, Iâd certainly return to the Empire, so why stay here? I just want to be an ordinary repairman now, you should head back."
The dolphin creature was not unhappy about Jia Rongâs refusal to invite him, but seemed rather happy.
Jia Rong nodded, then turned to the group of creatures who kidnapped him and were now dumbfounded, saying with a shake of his head, "You havenât caused much harm, so Iâm giving you a chance. If you cease your wrongdoing, I guarantee that the slum dwellers here will be treated well. So donât commit any more misdeeds, understood?"
"Uh, we understand. Weâll never dare do anything wrong again."
A few thief-like creatures, who were faced with an Earth person smaller than themselves, quickly nodded.
They were not inherently bad, but given the chance for a normal life, they certainly wouldnât choose to become villains.
Jia Rong surveyed the surroundings and sighed, then flew up into the sky.
Witnessing this, the group of thieves who previously thought Jia Rong was just an ordinary lifeform gasped in shock, realizing this creature was not someone they, with their meager skills, could contend with.
"Young master, are you alright? Do you need me to intervene?"
As Jia Rong flew into the starry sky, an extremely formidable wave sounded in his ears.
This was the Stellar level existence protecting Jia Rong in secret.
"No need. Though when we return, watch their future behavior. If they cooperate with my new policies, then let it be." Jia Rong shook his head.
