"Gu Lingling, watch me tear your mouth apart." Zhang Xiaoman yelled as she charged forward.
Tear her mouth apart?
Such a person probably hasnât made a sound yet, right?
Gu Lingling quietly stepped aside, and watched Zhang Xiaoman splendidly fall to the ground.
The fall was quite severe like a dog eating dirt.
Gu Lingling even felt pain for her.
Zhang Xiaoman, at this moment, was like a madwoman. She scrambled up from the ground, disregarding the pain on her body, and attempted to charge forward again, but this time she lacked the strength she had before.
Gu Lingling didnât dodge this time either. She easily grabbed Zhang Xiaomanâs hands and with a gentle twist, she controlled the frantic Zhang Xiaoman.
"Let go of me." Zhang Xiaoman struggled to say.
"Let you go so you can continue going crazy?" Gu Lingling said, "The matter between me and my fiancé has already passed a political screening in the military. I stand upright and sit straight."
"But Zhang Xiaoman, can you dare say that everything you said is true? Can you dare swear here that you will be responsible for what you said? If thereâs even half a lie, immediately roll out of Kyoto University."
"I dare this, do you dare?"
"Let go of me," Zhang Xiaoman said, her face red and swollen as she struggled, "Why should I make an oath to you."
"Then why do you smear me just by flapping your lips?" Gu Lingling smiled angrily, "Am I very familiar with you? I donât know you at all, yet you repeatedly smear me, pouring dirty water on me."
After speaking, Gu Lingling pushed her away, "Next time itâs best to control your mouth, if I hear any rumors smearing me again, it wonât be just todayâs little lesson."
"See you in the military court, if I donât sue you for disrupting a military marriage, Iâll take your surname and be called Lingling Zhang."
Zhang Xiaoman staggered a couple of steps and managed to stand by holding the table.
"You better not doubt it." Gu Lingling said calmly, "A child bride? What era is it now? You actually still have such ridiculous and pathetic thoughts."
"Slandering an active military personnel, and possibly impacting or even destroying his marriage. How do you think the military court will deal with you?"
"No... it wonât." Zhang Xiaoman said scared, taking two steps back, "Stop trying to frighten people."
"Scare you?" Gu Lingling laughed, "Who do you think you are? Please donât be so ignorant, okay?"
Scare you? You bet itâs you!
"Remember, donât act so familiar just because we come from the same city," Gu Lingling said mockingly with a smile, "My home is in the countryside; your home is in the city. If it werenât for you wanting to switch seats with me on the train to sit beside my fiancĂ©, I wouldnât even know who you are."
"Also, please remember, donât say you know me, even if weâre in the same class, please donât say that youâre my classmate."
"Because I would feel disgusted."
"Finally, I advise you and those classmates who have been overly gossiping about this matter, we all worked hard to get accepted into university, obtaining this precious opportunity to change our lives."
"Donât waste your studies over some boring things after entering university, or it would really be not worth the loss."
"After all, we are all students of Kyoto University; studying is what we should be doing. Gossip is enjoyable, but donât forget your original intention."
These words made everyoneâs face turn red.
Indeed, it seems they have watched too much gossip lately, almost forgetting their duties.
"So, Zhang Xiaoman really didnât know Gu Lingling before?" Someone belatedly caught the point in Gu Linglingâs speech.
"Then Zhang Xiaoman was just talking nonsense."
