Edrick’s visit to the Sect Of The Old Decay was a very enriching and fascinating experience. Jingyi was accepted with flying colours. It was somewhat expected, but it was nonetheless extremely pleasing for her to instantly become a direct disciple of the sect master.

By learning under Kaeleanth, his Headmaid will definitely quickly learn how to wield her immense talent and potential–Especially since she will have access to the cultivation techniques owned by the sect master.

Additionally, he had gotten Kaeleanth to agree to work herself on Chengjie’s case. Of course, it wouldn’t be immediate since she was a sect leader and had a lot on her plate, and Anoteros had added more to it by introducing Jingyi, but it didn’t matter if it took a little while. Having Kaeleanth be the one to do it guaranteed an exceptional result.

Upon his return to the clan grounds, Edrick had been planning to visit Lui and Zhenluo, partly to check on how things were going with the respective protagonists under their care. He had also been planning on setting up more visits to vassal sects. He had already established rather strong ties with Labyrinth Palace and the Sect Of The Old Decay.

…He had even promised to help them fund the training of some disciples, as well as seek out new disciples for them–And in return, if they had anyone not quite suited that showed up at their door that could be to the scion’s liking, then they would direct these people toward his residence.

Of course, to establish truly long-standing and solid bonds, time would be needed… But the foundations that were set were very promising. He hoped to be able to do the same thing with the other vassal sects as well.

However, he was informed by a servant when entering the territory that his Valdre wished to speak to him. The current patriarch of the clan–Yongfu–Was, as he tended to be, sitting in his seat inside the main hall of the central building.

“I just remembered something. I crossed paths with Baiju the other day, and her stomach was suspiciously swollen. Are you the one who impregnated her?”

After this note, Anoteros left the main hall and soon returned to his residence. He went to his office, reading through the reports stacked upon his desk. Whenever he was absent for even a short while, Shu and Yifei would be quick to make piles of the stuff.

Especially lately, as they were working on the future businesses, setting everything up down to the most minute detail… Shu was also working on extending her connections and surveying Linfeng’s activities.

As such, there was a lot for him to go through…

Most of the reports were just formalities. They were very detailed when writing everything down, but most of it could be summed up to just: ‘All is well’.

There hadn’t been a single hurdle or bump in the road that they hadn’t been able to solve on their own. Edrick had not had to make any personal interventions so far, which only spoke to the capabilities of those two maids.

Acquiring them had been an excellent decision on his part.

He read through every line carefully, wearing the Clear-Sighted Glasses as he did so.

The words reflected upon the lens.

In a stroke of odd coincidence, the last report of the last pile, which was really more akin to a folder, contained some truly ludicrous information.

“I guess Shu had been compiling this one into one big batch for a while…”

Anoteros muttered to himself as he laid eyes upon an absolutely insanely detailed report that included pictures that could only have been made using rare and special methods, since photography wasn’t a thing–At least not in this country.

It was a report on Linfeng, and also on his current companion: A twink that was pretty much just as feminine-looking as a Foppoof named Mala. They had apparently been doing work in some forest, hunting down bandits and seeking out some sort of treasure.

This part wasn’t the most surprising, though. The juicy portion was how absurdly detailed the descriptions of their bedly activities were... They were even accompanied by pictures that were so clean and close that it felt like the person who was responsible for them had been directly next to them during the action.

‘Huh… So Linfeng actually fucks a twink on a regular basis? He has better tastes than I imagined’

“Mmh…”

Looking closely at the pictures, he soon noticed that Linfeng’s physique had subtly changed between the earlier ones and the latter ones.

The report also made note of this…
