Chapter 1765 - 552: Return Voyage (Part 4)

Ka!

Sparks flew in all directions.

Sigurd’s attack was blocked.

"Is that all you’ve got? Not impressive at all?"

Fadale swung another giant pincer, trying to clamp down on White Night.

"Idiot! Light Speed Kill!"

Sigurd performed a Light Speed Fold Flash out of thin air, appearing behind Fadale and slashing fiercely at its body.

Fadale had no time to dodge and could only activate the Klein Positioning Cloak.

Ka!

Instantly took a heavy hit, causing severe fluctuations in the Klein Positioning Cloak.

Fadale felt danger immediately; the VI Generation Standard Mecha controlled by this guy wasn’t just good, it couldn’t be fought like before, or it could really turn the tables unexpectedly. So, it suddenly twisted its serpentine body, swinging its pincers in a sweeping motion.

Sigurd controlled White Night to quickly retreat and evade the attack, activating the hidden Beam Cannon on the left arm, gathering energy and firing a beam.

Boom~

Fadale took a heavy hit from the beam.

"Damn it!"

Fadale’s crimson mechanical eye lit up, the Klein Reaction soared rapidly, followed by the protrusion of metal spikes all over its body!

Swish swish!

The sky was filled with metal spikes, covering Sigurd.

Sigurd coldly snorted, controlled White Night to dodge at high speed, deftly avoiding the attack.

Although White Night is a standard VI Generation Mecha and doesn’t include the Primordial Stone, making it unable to activate Characteristic Mode, thanks to the Federation’s manufacturing technology, White Night’s performance is even better than the Dark Dragon God without Characteristic Mode by a few margins.

...

Blackthorn Fortress main command room.

Admiral Taite and others watched as General Sigurd pressed and attacked Fadale, each highly excited.

"Go Sigurd, take down that guy!"

...

But Commander Alekde, sitting in the command chair, looked extremely serious.

Gabres noticed Commander Alekde’s expression and then asked.

"Isn’t Sigurd on the upper hand? Why do you look so serious?"

"Fadale is easy to deal with; the real trouble is Elorazad Deputy Clan Leader. Do you have the confidence to defeat it?"

Alekde asked Gabres in a deep voice.

"Not really. If Su Ming were here, it would be almost possible. Just don’t know where that kid ran off to, can’t find him at such a crucial moment."

Gabres was momentarily speechless, but still responded.

"Conservative defense then."

Alekde said in a deep voice.

"Understood."

Gabres replied somewhat sullenly.

...

-------------------------------------------

Pitch-black starry sky.

An inconspicuous ripple emerged, and the Thunder Extreme silently exited from subspace.

Thunder Extreme Central Control Room.

Timi reported to Su Ming.

"Lord Su Ming, we have exited superluminal flight."

"Mm, maintain conventional navigation, and stay alert."

Su Ming instructed casually, lifted his wristband to log into the Star Cluster Forum, and checked the latest battle situation.

The entire forum was rolling crazily.

The citizens of the Federation, Dark Star, and Three Kingdoms of Apocalypse had opened up a second battlefield on the forum, each posting their honor lists, revealing their personnel’s information on kills to boost their morale and demoralize the opponent.

Su Ming glanced through and then opened the Federation’s honor list post, which displayed the names of various generals participating from the Federation along with real-time updates of their achievements.

Currently, General Sigurd is ranked first; he defeated VI-type Lord Level·Fadale and took down a V-type Heroic Level·Black Fly Beast·Kaku.

Su Ming continued looking down the list and saw many familiar names, General Angulat, General Helagar, Admiral Hayes, Admiral Xinlad, and then he saw Mia’s name.

Su Ming carefully reviewed her achievements; she killed a V-type Lord Level Chilami, seven IV-type Chilami, harvesting bountiful results.

Su Ming couldn’t help but smile slightly and then turned to the comment section.

Countless comments popped up continuously.

"General Sigurd is really amazing, but it’s a pity he just fell short of capturing Fadale."

"VI-type enemies aren’t that easy to kill!"

"Who do you think will gain first place on the honor list and become the Federation’s strongest hero!"

"Hard to say, many generals haven’t made their move yet."

"Yeah, I haven’t seen General Su Ming’s name; did he not participate?"

"It’s normal not to see his name yet. Experts are always kept for the climax, just not sure where he will appear on defense."

"I feel there’s a high chance he’ll be at Cui Lan Star Defense Line, given the middle route is facing the Mechanical Clan!"

"Nether Moon Star Defense Line is also a strong possibility, since facing Chilami Clan and Heavenly Revelation Divine Country."

"Let’s not speculate, someone uploaded the latest battle video from Black Flame Star, Master Mo Xiu is going up against Royal Knight Order·Sakari Captain."

"Really!"

...

Su Ming promptly turned off the honor post and searched for posts about Mo Xiu’s battle.

He quickly found the post; the title was conspicuous.

"Sakari Captain VS Mo Xiu!"

Su Ming immediately opened the post to view the video.

Only to see Sakari Captain controlling a VI Generation Mecha·Death Blade, transforming into a black stream of light, strongly breaking through dense attacks, charging directly at Black Flame Star Defense Line.

Soldiers from Sky Dome City piloted mechas to obstruct, ending up being torn apart like paper.

Then a Level 4 Battleship directly positioned in front of Sakari, frantically pouring missiles and beams, trying to stop him.

Death Blade accelerated sharply and pierced through the Level 4 Battleship, causing the entire battleship to split into two sections from the middle.
