Feng Zhenzhen looked at Feng Jianxi disdainfully and said mockingly, "You always thought you were smart, but didnât expect youâd get played, right?"
"Cut the crap," Feng Jianxi was unusually frustrated, "Itâs not that we got played by someone else, we just can never guess what Grandpa is thinking."
His words were indeed true. Although on the surface it seemed like they were played by Qin Cuifen, the one truly pulling the strings was still Grandpa.
Qin Cuifen was merely a pawn.
The Feng Family was just a chessboard. Each of them wanted to be the master, but in the end, they were just pieces.
Feng Zhenzhen was as proud as a princess, "I, Feng Zhenzhen, will surely be the master of the Feng Family."
"Not necessarily."
"Then letâs wait and see."
Feng Jianxi chuckled, his eyes full of mockery, but he spoke elegantly, "Zhenzhen, my dear sister, is right! You are Grandpaâs favorite heir, everyone in America knows that."
"You better have self-awareness too," Feng Zhenzhen subtly warned.
"I do, I always have." Even if the entire world knew of Feng Jianxiâs ambition, he would never admit it.
While Grandpa still favored Feng Zhenzhen as the heir, he wouldnât be foolish enough to provoke Feng Zhenzhen and displease Grandpa.
"Fourth Brother, I look up to you."
The other family members watched the struggle between Feng Zhenzhen and Feng Jianxi, each with their own thoughts. Most of them did not have inheritance rights, and even if they did, they lacked power.
With so many people, watching the vast fortune, and immense power going to someone else, how could they possibly be satisfied?
Are they not all named Feng, who is more noble?
"Let go of me, let go of me." Qin Cuifen was being pressed down painfully by bodyguards, her arms feeling like they would break. She screamed in agony, "Feng Zhenzhen, you snake-hearted woman, you canât stand me, youâre insidious and petty."
Everyone was shocked to see Qin Cuifen, not expecting her to still dare to curse Feng Zhenzhen at such a time.
"Slap her," Feng Zhenzhen was almost driven mad with anger. From birth, she was a little princess, who dared to curse her?
A maid, about thirty years old, walked up to Qin Cuifen coldly and slapped her continuously and crisply. Each slap was delivered swiftly, and just from the sound, one could tell how painful it was.
Qin Cuifen was stunned by the beating, wanting to struggle but unable to, she could only curse fiercely, making it as difficult to hear as possible, whatever would vent her anger she cursed.
"Feng Zhenzhen, I curse you to die horribly, you ugly creature no man would want. I curse you to be ridden by a thousand, slept by ten thousand... ah ah ah... itâs so painful... none of you Feng Family are any good. Watching me being schemed against, trapped, I curse all of you to die out."
"Is she crazy?"
"Indeed, an ignorant country woman."
"Isnât this just asking for death?"
Everyone was outraged.
"Didnât you use any strength? How could she still be so foul-mouthed after all this beating? Beat her to death." Some of the onlookers were inflamed by Qin Cuifenâs curses.
The maidâs hand had gone numb from hitting.
Qin Cuifenâs whole face was swollen to look like a pigâs head, her hair disheveled, face covered in bruises, looking terrifyingly horrific. In the end, her face was so swollen she couldnât say another word.
Blood constantly spilled from her mouth.
"Stop." Feng Zhenzhen crossed her arms, stepping forward, "You imposter, clearly an outdated prostitute trying to impersonate Sheng Ning. Just look at your true self."
