“What? Warrior class aliens? Multiple of them?”

“They’re much weaker!” Lavinster shouted. “Just go!”

The teacher chose to translate it for them. “The aliens inhibiting normal people are much weaker. If you work together, you should be able to handle them. Jeffrey. You lead the students.”

“Understood.” Jeffrey nodded. He was one of the strongest third-years, so it was only appropriate for him to take the command on behalf of the teacher. “Let’s go.”

With the students leaving, the teachers summoned their familiars and moved forward, confronting the aliens.

At the same time, Lavinster didn’t want to get overshadowed by them. He sped up and formed two huge hands with the rocks to grasp these aliens.

It was at this moment Karen and Baral came out of their hiding spots. They swiftly moved alongside the aliens and leaped toward Lavinster.

But before Lavinster could fight, Rood had seen through their plans. It was clear that Lavinster wasn’t important enough for them.

That was why Rood chose to emerge from his hiding spot and launch a sneak attack on them.

He was going to unleash the full power of an arcane level summoner to overwhelm them and somehow take them down.

Normally, the two of them would have sensed him and worried about his attacks, but for some reason, they didn’t even spare a glance.

But it wasn’t an attack. In addition, he instantly recognized this face. “You are Lucas Raxi.”

Lucas simply smiled and activated his ability.

“This is… not good!” Rood noticed the power in his body. Lucas was planning to teleport him. Although the others were strong, no one was capable of stopping Lucas.

At this moment, he didn’t know whether their aim was to kill them or just seize the medicine.

Either way, their plan would work the moment he got teleported.

That was why Selena and the girls also came out from their hiding spots, trying to stop Lucas. As long as Rood was still here, they should be able to overwhelm these people.

However, Lucas seemed to have prepared another surprise for the girls.

Several more aliens emerged from the building and rushed toward them.

A magic circle appeared in front of Lucas’ arms, receiving the punch. The force of that punch still knocked him down to the ground and turned the ground underneath him into a crater, but the magic circle remained intact.

However, it was useless. The moment Evelyn released her ena, the force from that punch was amplified by multiple folds, crushing the magic circle like window and breaking one of his arms.

“Gah!” Lucas screamed in pain. He panicked. This was indeed a trap, but it looked like the trap was beyond what Rood even knew. ‘Not good. I have to get away.’

Lucas wanted to teleport, but a massive magic circle suddenly appeared in the sky above the city. The people panicked because they didn’t know what it was, but Lucas was terrified exactly because he understood the function of this magic circle. “Not good!”

Rood dropped his jaw to the ground because he didn’t expect to see this familiar face. But before he could say anything, another person, whom he thought was dead, appeared before him and put her tobacco pipe on his shoulder. “Stop moving. Don’t make this more complicated than it is.”

“!!!” Rood’s body shook.

The commotion was obviously seen by everyone, including Karen and Baral. The mission had failed. They had to escape.

“Where do you think you’re going? How bold of you to be distracted when you fight me!” Lavinster grinned and smashed both of them with his huge hands. His familiars were clashing with their familiars.

But before those hands could touch them, a voice echoed.

“Tick, tock. Tick. Tock. Tick… Tock…” The voice gradually slowed down as a man, who was wearing the Axia Academy’s uniform, walked to the space between them, his uniform gradually turning back to that of a battle outfit.

“!!!” Lavinster widened his eyes, seeing that man walk so slowly in front of him. Yet, for some reason, his attack never reached him, even though he was moving. ‘What’s going on?’

All the girls had their eyes lit up as Sera couldn’t help but call his name. “Nathan!”

Nathan smiled and grabbed their hands and spun his body before throwing Lavinster, Karen, and Baral into the air like that of a tornado.

Each of them thought they were strong, yet for some reason, they couldn’t even stop this young man’s attack, which shocked them.

However, the young man shifted his gaze to Bella and Evelyn as he said so casually that it felt like these three opponents were not in his eyes at all. “You don’t need a mask to hide your identities?”
