"Yeah!" Cheng Lu nodded with a smile.

"Oh, alright." Jian Dan followed Cheng Lu to Lin Kunâs hospital room.
Upon entering, they saw a quite handsome young man wrapped up like a dumpling, trying to get up upon seeing them.
"You better not move, looking like this, moving around is pretty frightening." Jian Dan said awkwardly, pulling her lips into a slight smile.
"Thank you for yesterday! Cheng Lu already told me everything, if it werenât for you, neither of us might have made it out." The young man smiled warmly, expressing his gratitude towards Jian Dan.
"None of that matters now, whatâs important is that weâre all okay, right?
When I saw you yesterday, your face was covered in blood, I couldnât see what you looked like, but now I can finally see, are you handsome?" Jian Dan spoke while her gaze continuously drifted towards Cheng Lu.
The young man blushed, lowering his head due to Jian Danâs words.
Seeing both of them silent, Jian Dan seized the opportunity, "I have this friend whoâs single and very pretty, how about I introduce her to you as a girlfriend, is that alright?"
"Ah!" Lin Kun and Cheng Lu were stunned, looking at Jian Dan together.
"Whatâs wrong? I think you and her are definitely a match, really!" Jian Dan said seriously.
Noticing Cheng Luâs slight displeasure from the corner of her eye, a subtle smile appeared at the corners of Jian Danâs mouth.
"I already have someone I like." The man spoke while keeping his eyes directed towards Cheng Lu.
"Why stay single if you already like someone? The other person probably doesnât like you, huh? Just meet her, even if itâs just to make a friend!"
"No need! Even if the one I like doesnât like me back, Iâll keep liking her!"
"Listen to me, I believe once you meet her, youâll definitely like her."
"I really..."
"Cheng Lu, come here!" Jian Dan pulled Cheng Lu over from behind. "So, what do you think? Do you like her?" Jian Dan asked, looking at Cheng Lu.

"You both obviously like each other, why keep dragging it out instead of being together, hurry up, make it official today!
If you two donât get together, itâs practically unthinkable!" Jian Dan dragged Cheng Lu over to Lin Kunâs bedside and placed Cheng Luâs hand in Lin Kunâs.
"Jian, you..." Cheng Lu turned to look at Jian Dan.
"Stop with all the âyou, meâ stuff, now you two have your happy ending, I should make my exit. Iâm heading out to grab some food, you two..." Jian Dan said, bringing her index fingers together and gesturing while smiling, "Iâll try to come back later." With that, she left the room.
