"You are the only one qualified to sell villas? So, what Zhou Ling told us was useless?" Ling Feng said playfully.

Chen Ting smiled, "Zhou Ling’s job is just to guide you on a tour and explain things. A villa costs tens of millions. Surely, an intern can’t make such decisions, right?"

Ling Feng nodded, "Right, of course, I know that. How could an intern have such authority?"

Hearing Ling Feng’s words, Chen Ting’s face revealed a smug smile. Once she snatched this deal, she would earn a commission of millions. Giving Zhou Ling a few thousand as a hardship fee wouldn’t be too bad for spending an afternoon’s time.

Chen Ting cautiously asked, "May I know which number the villa on the mountain top is?"

Ling Feng thought for a moment and said, "Which number? It should be number nineteen, as it’s not up there yet. Once it’s built, it will be number nineteen!"

Chen Ting’s eyes widened, after all this talk, they were referring to the villa on the peak that hadn’t been built yet? Was this just a joke!

Chen Ting’s eyelids twitched, and she gritted her teeth, squeezing out a few words between clenched teeth, "Sir, you are not here to mock us, are you? Our company hasn’t built a villa at the mountain top yet, this is..."

"Just because it’s not built I can’t buy it?" Ling Feng said with a grin, "What’s stopping us from buying it and building it ourselves?"

Ling Feng smiled as he spoke, "If you’re busy then go on with your work! Anyway, we didn’t ask for your service, who asked you to come over?"

Chen Ting was furious, "Sir, please leave, you have already disrupted our normal operations!"

Liu Tingyu said disdainfully, "Ask us to leave? What qualifications and authority do you have? Do you really think you’re the general manager here? Even if you were, you wouldn’t have the authority to expel customers, would you?"

Just then, Ma Tao walked in from outside, his face gaunt, he was here to handle the dismissal as per HR’s instructions!
