Chapter 881: Chapter 881: The Morgan Family
"Who exactly are you people?" Ling Feng scanned the group, noting there were no Demi-God Domain experts among them. He exhaled slightly in relief. It seemed their strength wasnāt as overwhelming as he had feared.
The man in black leading the group sneered at Ling Feng briefly before turning to Catherine. "Miss Catherine, it seems your pretty boy doesnāt understand the rules. Does he even have the right to speak right now?"
Ling Feng suppressed his presence. These men in black had no idea that this so-called "pretty boy" before them was the infamous Blood-Handed Asura, someone feared across the Underworld.
Catherine was momentarily startled, then let out a chuckle. Her gaze, filled with amusement, fell on Ling Feng. "Exactly, nowās not your turn to speak. Shut up for me!"
Ling Feng rolled his eyes helplessly at Catherine. This crazy womanādid she really want to play along with these people?
Still, this worked in their favor, lowering the enemyās guard and giving him an opportunity to uncover their true identities.
"Miss Catherine, we ask that you come with us for a bit. Iād rather not lay hands on a beauty like you," the black-clad man said. "Donāt worry. As long as we get the information, we guarantee youāll come out unharmed!"
Ling Feng exchanged a glance with Catherine before following behind the men in black.
The man in black appeared smug as he noted Catherineās cooperation. As for Ling Feng, they didnāt pay him any mind. At most, he was a peak-level A-grade expert. Against their numerous peak A-grade experts, what kind of trouble could he possibly cause?
After the fall of Divine Gate under the Blood-Handed Asura, there were no more Demi-God Domain experts leftāthis, they had thoroughly confirmed.
Trailing behind the men in black, Ling Feng and Catherine passed through the outer forest and arrived at a beach, where a small boat awaited them.
"Get on," one of the men commanded. Ling Feng and Catherine boarded, and the small boat began heading offshore toward Heaven Island.
About fifteen minutes later, Ling Feng spotted a luxurious yacht anchored on the high seas. Recognizing the emblem on it, a flicker of surprise appeared in his eyes. It was the Morgan family crest. Could these people be affiliated with the Morgan family?
The Morgan family, like the Johnson family, was one of Europeās old and influential families. But unlike the Johnson family, the Morgan family had risen to prominence through arms dealing. Their manufactured weaponry could be found in every corner of the globe, earning them a notorious reputation as the worldās foremost military suppliers.
So why would the Morgan family be interested in gene experiment data? A faint suspicion began forming in Ling Fengās mind, darkening his expression.
As they neared the yacht, the men in black launched a flare. Only then did the boat approach, and members of the yachtās crew descended to greet their guests.
"Letās go, Miss Catherine," the lead man in black said. "It just so happens that our master wishes to meet you."
Catherine gave a slight nod, then lifted her chin, walking onto the yacht without a hint of fear. Her confidence earned silent admiration from the men in black.
"No wonder sheās the leader of Divine Gate. Such boldness isnāt something the average woman can possess," the leading man mused inwardly.
But if he knew this supposed "pretty boy" was, in fact, the Blood-Handed Asura, his thoughts would be entirely different.
"You, come with us!" When Ling Feng tried to follow, one of the men in black blocked his path. "Youāre not qualified to meet our master, so behave yourself and follow along."
Just then, Catherine turned back, her voice icy. "Show some respect to my man, or Iāll get angry."
The corner of the manās mouth twitched as he reluctantly cast a hateful glance at Ling Feng. "Fine, letās go!"
Ling Feng gave Catherine a reassuring look before trailing the men in black down into the lower levels of the yacht.
"Miss Catherine, this way please." At that moment, a man resembling a butler approached, bowing slightly. "Young Master has been waiting for quite some time. Would you kindly proceed?"
Catherine also recognized the Morgan family crest. Furrowing her brows, she asked, "Which one of your young masters is it?"
"Once you meet him, youāll find out soon enough," the butler said with a faint smile.
Catherine rolled her eyes. "Can I refuse?"

The butler merely smiled without responding.
"Fine, lead the way," Catherine sighed softly.
Following the butler, Catherine arrived on the top deck of the yacht. As the door opened, the enchanting melody of a piano greeted her ears. At the center of the stage, a pair of dancers gracefully twirled in time with the music.
Below them, a young man, around twenty-seven or twenty-eight years old, lounged in a seat, a woman in each arm, admiring the performance.
"Young Master, theyāre here," the butler whispered to the man as he approached.
The man glanced up at Catherine, his eyes lighting up as he took in her stunning appearance. Clapping his hands, he said, "Everyone, leave us."
Soon, apart from the manās bodyguards and the butler, the room emptied.
"Miss Catherine, itās an honor to meet you," the man said with a sly grin. "Iāve long heard of a remarkable woman ruling the Underworld who stands shoulder to shoulder with men. Seeing you today, the rumors donāt do you justice."
Catherine regarded the man coolly. "I donāt believe weāre that familiar with each other, so thereās no need for such pleasantries. You forced me here, so letās cut to the chase."
Clapping again, the man smiled. "Ah, I do like straightforward people. Allow me to introduce myself. Iām Fein Morgan, the second heir to the Morgan family."
"Fein Morgan?" Catherineās mind instantly conjured up the intel she had on him. "Fein Morganāsecond heir of the Morgan family. Ambitious, ruthless, and always eyeing the familyās top position. A favorite among his elders. A formidable opponent."
"The reason I invited you here, Miss Catherine, was purely out of necessity," Fein Morgan said with a smile. "I have a business proposition Iād like to discuss with you. However, I feared you wouldnāt agree, so I had to offend your grace temporarily. I hope you can forgive me!"
Catherine raised an eyebrow. "So, it was indeed you who sent a message a month ago, demanding we hand over the experiment data at todayās meeting?"
"Thatās correct, though I never called it a handover," Fein Morgan said. "As I mentioned, this is a business deal. And in any business deal, both parties must find happiness in the arrangement. I, Fein Morgan, always operate with fairness and integrity."
Catherine smirked lightly. "Now Iām curious. From what I know, the Morgan family deals in arms. Why the sudden interest in our research data? And what exactly is this business youāre proposing?"
