"It doesn’t fit? Guess it’s not this one. Let’s try another!" Ling Feng thought again, raising the middle key.

"Still wrong!" Ling Feng frowned. "Only one left now!"

When even the last key didn’t fit, Ling Feng’s frown deepened into a scowl. "None of them work? Did those three trick me?"

Taking a deep breath, Ling Feng gently twisted the doorknob—and heard a soft click as the door opened.

"So they left it unlocked? If I’d known, I wouldn’t have bothered testing the keys!" Ling Feng sighed in relief, thinking Liu Tingyu was still sweet and considerate.

But upon entering, he found her room was completely empty—no blanket, cold bedding, nothing!

Ling Feng frowned again, feeling as though a bucket of cold water had drenched his heated enthusiasm.

He realized the three girls had set him up.

Ling Feng stormed out and rushed into Yun Hanrui’s room. Sure enough, her room was equally empty.

Seeing this, Ling Feng smirked. No use checking Wei Meizi’s room either—it would undoubtedly also be empty!

The three of them left keys in his room with the sole intention of misleading him and toying with him.
