Suddenly, Situ’s ears twitched, and he quickly jumped up onto a tree, hiding amidst a cluster of dense leaves.

At that moment, a ragged figure emerged from the distance; it was Chen Xun, with five Angels behind him, looking at Chen Xun with excited and sinister gazes.

"This guy is much stronger than the previous one, but he’s quite stupid!" an Angel said with a laugh, "Seeing so many of us, instead of escaping, he charges forward. What a fool! How could the Divine Realm send such an idiot to the Heavenly Battlefield?"

"Stop talking nonsense, finish him off quickly!" another Angel said in a stern voice, "Before it’s too late."

As soon as he spoke, he charged ahead of the others.

"Good timing!" A trace of coldness flashed in Chen Xun’s eyes, and the longsword in his hand transformed into deadly sword patterns, enveloping the Angel from all directions.

Boom! The Angel was repelled by Chen Xun’s attack, but simultaneously, the remaining four Angels advanced together.

"Great opportunity, capture him!" an Angel shouted in delight.

Chen Xun’s eyes turned red, the severe pain muddling his consciousness, and he let out a low roar as the clarity in his eyes slowly faded.

With a swing of his sword, a fierce sword glow pushed the opponent back several steps, then Chen Xun retrieved a handful of Elixirs from his chest and stuffed them into his mouth.

The Angels’ expressions changed drastically: "Quick, capture him, don’t let his Elixirs take effect!"

Although the Angels didn’t know what kind of Elixirs Chen Xun took, an ominous feeling rose in all their hearts.

"Roar!" Chen Xun’s eyes turned completely red, vivid and pure, red enough to instill fear!

"Everyone be careful, something is wrong with this guy now!" an Angel said sternly, "Try not to get close, use range attacks..."

Before finishing his words, a red flash appeared before his eyes, and a scream followed. The Angel speaking had half of his body sliced open by sword glow, organs spilling onto the ground!

"Seeing you in so much pain, let me help you find peace sooner!" Ji Jian looked at the disemboweled Angel, chuckled, then flicked his hand, the baton tapping the Angel’s head. The Angel’s head tilted, dying with an unbelieving gaze.

The three battling Angels hadn’t noticed their companion being killed and continued fighting with Chen Xun.

"What do we do now? Should we help Chen Xun?" Long Sheng asked, looking at the battle ahead, "Three Peak Divine Realm experts, Chen Xun’s quite formidable not being at a disadvantage—I’m impressed."

Ji Jian watched their battle and said, "Let’s give him a hand. After all, we are both from the Divine Realm, we can’t let these Bird People bully us. I’ll sneak attack from behind, and you relieve Chen Xun a bit."

With that, Ji Jian grasped his baton and rushed forward, striking fiercely behind an Angel.

Long Sheng shrugged, realizing that Ji Jian’s plan was actually to use the others as bait, waiting until they were deeply engaged in battle to launch a surprise attack.

Although underhanded, the effect was quite good! Now it’s a three against three scenario; Long Sheng believed these Bird People weren’t their match!

With that, he charged forward as well.
