Chapter 636: Chapter 635 Help Me Pick Up the Soap_1
In the afternoon, it was time for walking in the yard.
Daili and Presia were both stunned as they watched two old acquaintances, long separated, reunite.
"Oh my, am I seeing things?" Daili rubbed her temples, "I canāt believe Iām seeing Qiqimora and Lamia strolling around here in prison garb."
"I seem to be having the same illusion." Presia also shook her head.
"Such a lukewarm reaction, and here we came especially to see you," Qiqimora smiled.
"You were just visiting us a few days ago, and today youāre here," Daili recalled, "I was wondering why you were asking about the prisonās schedule, turns out you were planning to check in."
"They release a bunch of people to bask in the sun; this place is really like a nursing home," Lamia surveyed the surroundings.
"What on earth happened outside?" Presiaās face turned slightly pale. "Was the Witch Assembly destroyed?"
Four of the seven Great Witches, who were at the core of the assembly, were here, and adding the other ordinary witches from the central area, they could already host a branch meeting of the Witch Assembly.
"Donāt worry, the Witch Assembly is still intact. Weāre just here to stay for a month; once our sentence is up, weāll leave," Qiqimora said.
"Our sentences have been shortened, yet we still have nearly ten years left. Why are your sentences so short?" Presia frowned slightly.
"You were outwitted and captured, we came in because that little devil invited us to help voluntarily," Lamia said.
"Did that man feed you some kind of mind-controlling soup?" Presia looked back and forth at the two, "To be able to control your spirits like this, Iām kind of tempted to take him as my master."
"We just enhanced our relationship quite well outside," Lamia revealed a wide grin.

"Scary," Daili commented, "Iām just glad I havenāt seen Abigail here, or else I might have gone crazy."
"The warden did invite her, but she refused to come," Qiqimora replied.
"Is that man planning to take over the Witch Assembly!?" Presia found it somewhat unbelievable.
"We now have a common enemy, Mr. Bloodrobe from the Blood Moon Cult, that weirdo who went to harass Banquet Forest six or seven years ago. Weāre allies," Qiqimora briefly explained, "The final battle is nearing. The warden judged that the enemy might attack the prison, so he asked us to help defend it."
"His influence seems outrageously large," Presia shook her head.
"Heās a very useful man. Thanks to him, both Qiqimora and I have made a good profit," Lamia said with a smirk, "It was a wise choice to get on good terms with him."
"Made a good profit as in?" Presia asked.
"Qiqimora has already been advanced to sainthood, and she also got..."
"You talk too much, donāt you also possess the divine words of two oaths?"
Lamia was interrupted abruptly by Qiqimora, who seemed impatient.
Daili and Presia exchanged glances, both somewhat tempted.
It seemed like both of these people had grown so much thanks to Aiden; this man appeared to be more reliable than they had imagined.
"Alright then, what are your plans now?" Daili had gradually come to accept the fact that her old friends had become fellow prisoners.
"Nothing special planned, we just have to stay here for a while before anything happens," Lamia said, "Hehe, I heard we can play chess here when weāre bored, right? Now that we have four people, why donāt we play a game of chess later?"
"Actually, there are other, more interesting games here," Daili said, "Have you ever played Monopoly?"
"Looks like thereās still plenty of fun to be had," Lamia laughed heartily.
"Speaking of which, do you think Abigail will get bored after we leave?" Qiqimora said. "Lately, it feels like I kind of have a big craving to play a couple of games every day."
"After all, we usually have too much free time... If she doesnāt come by herself, we shouldnāt bother with her," Lamia said with a wave of her hand.
At this moment, in Abigailās summoning space.
Abigail, Vila, and Habanis were seated together.
"Doesnāt it seem a bit lonelier now?" Vila commented.
"Did everyone die off or something?" Habanis exclaimed loudly. "By the way, Abigail, whatās this magic circle on the table? Iāve never seen anything like it."
"Itās a chessboard," Abigail said slowly. "Both of you are adept at crafting magical artifacts, so it shouldnāt be a problem to make a six-sided die with the materials on hand."
"Huh?" Habanis and Vila both failed to understand Abigailās intention.
"Anyway, start making them now, and Iāll explain the rules to you," Abigail said calmly.
Habanis and Vila glanced at each other, both reading the same thought in each otherās eyes that was surfacing in their minds:
Whatās gotten into her all of a sudden?
...
That evening, during bath time.
"The prisonās conditions are tolerable, but this bathing situation isnāt great," Qiqimora began to complain. "So many people showering together, and the water is barely warm."
"Youāll get used to it," Daili said nonchalantly, seriously lathering herself with soap.
"By the way, where did Lamia go?" Presia noticed that the spot beside her was empty.
Meanwhile, Camila was chatting with the vampire prince Ophelia, while showering next to her.
"With that succubus gone, the prison suddenly feels much calmer," Camila shouted. "Feels like somethingās missing though."
"Sheāll be back before long," Ophelia replied without paying much attention to the other, "If youāre looking for some fun, didnāt a very conspicuous guy come in today? Tall as a pillar, with a body that doesnāt look quite right. Donāt you love challenging strong ones?"
"Didnāt really notice, just another big hunk with no fun, Iāve taken down plenty of giants over two meters tall," Camila said indifferently. "Iām not interested, but if that big hunk causes me trouble, Iāll teach her some manners."
At that moment, a bar of soap slid to her feet.
"Sorry, could you pick that up for me?" Camila heard someone calling from behind.
Without much hesitation, Camila kicked the soap back over her shoulder, "Pick it up yourself, idiot."
"Youāre quite the hothead," the person behind her said, placing a hand on Camilaās shoulder.
Camila turned around, only to find out that the person was the tall female convict Ophelia had mentioned.
"Take your hand off me and stay away if you donāt want to spend the rest of your sentence in the infirmary," Camila said coldly.
"Heh, Iāve had my eye on you for quite some time," Lamia ignored her response, hugging the other with one strong arm from behind, her gaze keenly sweeping over her body, "Youāre dragonkin, right? I didnāt expect to find such a rare material in this prison, let me have a good look..."
"Do you want to die? Fuck, you! Where did you get such strength?" Camilaās face changed with surprise at the unexpected might of the other and the roaming right hand, "Fuck off! Donāt touch me! What the hell do you want!?"
"Iām done showering," Ophelia quickly dried off and glanced to the side, "Uh... have fun, you two."
After saying that, she swiftly left that contentious spot.
